Great location
Pros:

The staff was extremely accommodating and ready to help in any way. We had some issues with our original room and were moved to another room with no fuss whatsoever. The guests' laundry was a godsend

Pros:

Location was great, on the STRAND and good access to the water, walks, eating places, shops etc
The room was very attractive and 2 very comfortable lounge chairs and a good comfy bed.
It had a small table to eat at with 2 or 3 chairs
Kitchen was adequate for our needs and it had an outdoor balcony with a sea view. I would stay again.
Staff were helpful and very easy to deal with.

Great spot but not the best accommodation
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Very noisy. Street traffic, people and cars. Can do with double glazed sliding door.
Very few drinking glasses. Just 2 champagne glasses and no wine glasses.

Ideal location in The Strand.
Pros:

Water's Edge location was perfect for what I needed. Being on The Strand, it wasn't noisy compared to other properties in the same location. Check in/out was easy and the complimentary car park was appreciated.
