Cons:

condition is a little tired - bathroom door did not close, broken wine glass in cupboard, A/C controller did not function, kitchen sink tap damaged, bedroom lamps not suitable for reading, no reading lamp in main area etc - all in need of a make-over

A very convenient stay in a clean and spacious apartmen. Amazingly professional staff
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Much appreciated their willingness to meet our requests for a quiet room. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable.

Cheap and cheerful.

Mostly quiet location. Apartment was spacious

Cons:

We had maintenance issues on arrival and throughout our stay. Large kitchen, but little or no utensils, proper crockery or pots, pans to actually cook with. Limited furniture( really needs a coffee table and dining room chairs cheap and flimsy . Bed was terrible, saggy and uncomfortable, but we did notice they were replacing beds during our stay ( well done)
Be aware when booking that you may need to carry luggage up one flight of stairs.
I will admit it was a good price so you probably get what you are paying for !

Pros:

We had a large double room on the 3rd floor at the front of the hotel which i was concerned may be noisey but was pleasantly surpised that we couldnt hear the traffic noise.
