Perfect motel in proximity to everything you need at a reasonable price!
Pros:

Quest Ascot is in the perfect location it’s super close to both Doomben and Eagle Farm along with a variety of different restaurants and cafes all in walking distance. The reception staff are very lovely and always accomodating to my early check in request.

Pros:

We had a work function on just up the road so it was great to be within walking distance. We had travelled from the Sunshine Coast and they were able to accommodate us by giving us early access to the room which was extremely helpful and we're very grateful for that. We will have no hesitation in staying here again as this is a yearly event.

Passable for a one-night stay, but the cleanliness, noise, and room maintenance issues
Pros:

The phone check-in process was straightforward and I had no issues accessing the property.

Cons:

The room didn't appear particularly clean on arrival and the balcony door was stuck, taking around 30 minutes to open. Access to the room involved climbing stairs, which was inconvenient with luggage. The property was also quite noisy, and I could hear the neighbouring room's TV throughout the night, making it difficult to relax and sleep.

Ok - if the beds were more comfortable a great spot
Pros:

Beds are very uncomfortable - we had twin singles and as bigger blokes not good.
