Lovely staff - so helpful! Sam was wonderful.
No window was awful. Dirty air-conditioning vents gave me bad allergic reaction. I was very cold as the heating was inadequate - set too low for a cold spell.
The room felt nice and clean, with all the essentials. Good value for price. Space efficient, and plenty of hangers to hang my clothes. Fantastic location as well, about a 5 minute walk from the King's Cross train station, plenty of shops nearby as well as a woolies open until 11pm.
The shower took a while to get hot, and once it was, it was scalding hot. It was very difficult to get the right balance between the hot and cold knobs, to get the right temperature for the shower. The shower pressure could also be increased a little, but not a big issue.
The receptionist was really supportive and friendly
The rooms are extremly noisy, you will have a hard time to sleep. In the smaller rooms the toilets are built so close to the wall that you have little to no space. There was always a weird smell in the room and room was lacking a big mirror.

Sam the gentleman at check in was extremely helpful, walking me to the property a short distance from checkin. The room was clean, quiet, the bathroom was huge in the studio. Excellent value for money.
Minor gripe (personal choice) the mattress was a little soft, but fine to sleep on.
Great location. Close to the hospital and easy to get in and out of.
The location close to transport and the CBD is amazing, and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby.
The room was musty, and damp which you can see evidence of easily in the window architrave, and skirting, and towels do not dry. On the first evening, a crane pulled up outside to unload building materials onto the roof of the adjoining building...it was so noisy and completely disrupted the night sleep.
This property was not clean. The room stunk of smoke and there was ash on the windowsill and on the bedsheets. We complained. There was no other free rooms so we had no choice but to leave. Booking.com would not refund. Never again

It was very near to the city and public transportation. It was easy to check in and check out. The room was spacious too.
