Attentive and careful.
Pros:

Near great coffee houses, excelent location, polite and very attentive reception, near metro station, good hot shower, L'Occitane products.

Cons:

No elevator.

Great location. Good communication, clean, comfy bed, great shampoo

A few stairs. I managed ok but would be a bit of a challenge with really heavy bags.

Good value for money, great area and nice staff.
Pros:

I had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfortable, the location was excellent. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and I really appreciated being able to leave my bags before and after my stay, which made everything much easier. The whole experience was comfortable, convenient, and well organised.

Cons:

Would have been good to have more places to hang my towel, and there was no conditioner in the shower room. Also TV was a bit complicated to navigate streaming services. Nothing major though.

Tiny room with no room service
Pros:

The beds were fine and the shower worked well. They allowed us a late checkout with no problem.

Cons:

There is only one hook in the bathroom. There was no room service the five days we were there (no new toilet paper, no trash cleanup). We were in the back building, which wasn't mentioned before at all (different address), and the directions to it were a youtube video, which was difficult to see with our limited internet speed.

Ok pour un séjour rapide. Pratique mais sans plus.
Pros:

L'emplacement. Proche du métro et des bus pour aller un peu partout

Cons:

L'odeur de javel.
La vestusté des équipements
La poussière sous les lits, derrière la tête de lit, sur le sèche cheveux, dans l'armoire.
Pas d'ascenseur aussi - je ne sais plus si c'était noté, mais je n'avais pas l'information.

Disappointing
Pros:

I loved the location...very central and close to all tourist attractions.

Cons:

The staff didn't communicate that they'll require access to the room to "fix" somethings. This means they let themselves in whenever I was out. They even wanted access whilst I was sleeping. They also asked questions about when I was going to "go out" and leave the room. This was very unexpected and this was not communicated prior. The room also didn't have any window.

Pros:

Good value for money and had everything needed.

Cons:

The aircon didn't work and the room was cold. The shower curtain not practical with water spilling on the floor, became flooded in front if toilet.
The room was good but climbing stair to the 3rd floor with luggage not ideal.
