TV wouldn’t work, staff couldn’t get it to work either. No solution offered although she said she would ask her boss, but never got back to us with a response.
Wasn’t impressed by being given an invalid suite plus a room with dog facilities. I don’t agree with paying or staying in rooms where dogs have lived.
Before arriving, I had read some of the previous reviews and, to be honest, I was a little worried about what to expect. However, our experience was completely different and much better than I had anticipated.
We booked two rooms, Rooms 16 and 17, and both were in excellent condition. The rooms were very clean, neat and well maintained, and everything exceeded my expectations. It also appeared that the property or rooms may have been recently renovated, which could perhaps explain why our experience was different from some of the earlier reviews.
I am very happy to leave this positive review, particularly because I had initially been concerned after reading some of the comments online. Based on our stay, we found the accommodation comfortable, clean and well presented, and we had a very pleasant experience overall.

Renovated apartment so it was lovely and new feeling.

Kitchen needs a toaster provided.
Bit stingey with what's provided in the kitchen - only 2 of each cutlery & crockery, not much else.
You get a nespresso coffee pod machine, but only 2 Pods - and couldn't find matching ones (bigger dome shaped ones) in Coles to buy more, so essentially the machine is a waste of space for the rest of the stay.
Asked before going for a room with washer/dryer and was assured we were allocated one but when we arrived we were upstairs (no lift) with no laundry facilities. She said she could swap us but that the room was a pet friendly one and old and run down and not as nice as the one we got, so we opted for the clean room as partner is immuno-compromised so didnt want a filthy room.
It's located out of town a fair way, but that will be reflected in the reasonable pricing.

Nice quiet location close to a really nice beach. The room we stayed in had recently been nicely renovated. The restaurant food was good.

Not a good experience. Currently being renovated. Builders leaving early. Terrible WFI. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Only one chair at table. To add to poor experience there was a power cut. May not be facilities fault.
The attached boat house tavern was the only good thing about this property.
It was being renovated and was very disappointing. The couch was disgustingly, so much so I put a picnic blanket over it before sitting on it. The sheets were clean but there were no blankets on the bunk beds for my kids.
