Pros:

Clean tidy and spacious older building
Travelling with my pooch it was great to have a ground floor apartment with patio and some garden at the back
Situated behind Seabreeze Hotel and you can purchase takeaway lunch or dinner which was fantastic and just across the road from the bay

Adequate for a short-term stopover, but maintenance and cleanliness need significant attention before I’d recommend it.

Pet friendly property. Ease of parking. The restaurant and bar is close enough to be convenient but not noisy

Cons:

We were moved after the first night due to maintenance issues – the toilet required manual cistern access to flush, and the shower head fell apart. The under-bed cleanliness in that room was genuinely alarming. The second room had working facilities, but the fans were too loud to use and the floor cleanliness was again poor. The outdoor areas around the accommodation were littered with cigarette butts, broken glass, and general rubbish – we had to actively keep our dog away. The restaurant and bar grounds were noticeably better kept by comparison.

Friendly Face upon check-in, so kind and chatty & warm - really set the tone!

Cons:

No hot chocolate sachet! Always feels discriminatory for the grown up non coffee and tea drinkers!!!

Great location. We had a family function at the Hotel, so was perfect for those who travelled.
Pros:

Spacious living area. Laundry facilities in room is excellent feature. Lovely to have an outdoor area to sit. Plenty of room in wardrobe

Cons:

Perhaps a little money spent on updating dish rack. It was old, cracked and stained. A new ironing board cover, as the current one was pretty worn out. But overall we were very happy with our unit.
