If you are going to the Gold Coast THIS IS the place to stay!
Pros:

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night stay with kitchen, lounge and a big enclosed balcony (with windows you could open). Restaurants, bottle-o and everything you could need downstairs. Beach was 1 block away and we had awesome views. Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay with our international guests. Just wished I’d booked breakfast on the top floor (but still had a lovely brekky down at a cafe on the beach). It was exxy but well worth it.

Good spot, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Good location. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Very basic furnishings, which wasn’t a big deal! View on balcony was into other apartments, but also not a big issue.

Good location, easy fast check-in. Rooms are dated and old school furnishings but a great stay overall.
Pros:

Location, quick check in and parking was only $30 when a lot of other hotels locally charged $40-$50 a night for parking

A little dated and old feel to the furnishings etc

No frills good value for central location

Good value for great central location with parking

Cons:

There is a lot of renovations going on inside and outside of the building, it was noisy ( at least on the 4th floor) even by night.
If you are looking for a stylish sophisticated apartment, a home away from home, this isn’t for you. The furnishings were basic and dated ( though bed comfy), the layout was strange with too much floor space and narrow benches. A good interior designer needs to start from scratch here.

Cons:

The entire unit is very tired, old and in need of major refurbishment. The online pix depict a modern unit, not what was occupied. Clean & tidy, just sadly very old & tired, examples: toilet seat rattles when ever u stand up, doors into laundry water damaged & dint close/noisy, kitchen cupboards not soft close & easily slam. Hard when occupied by associates who are trying to sleep undisturbed.

Good hotel and clean room.
Pros:

Have stayed here before, room size is good and facilities are good.

Cons:

I was on level 3, right near the road works, I understand i only booked a single apartment and that’s where they are located but id be mindful/question whether those rooms are suitable to use with the extreme road works that occurred Thursday night while trying to sleep.
