Cons:

I tried calling the hotel over two days to advise if my arrival time but no one answered my calls.
Upon checkin, I was told that the card on file did t work for the bond. I explained that that was the same card that paid for the room from my office. It didn’t work, and I had not managed the booking. I then had to pay the bond on the day of departure when I checked out.
Upon checking into my room, I tried using the TV. This was t working. I asked reception to come and fix it. That’s didn’t work, so I changed rooms.
I then discover that during my stay there would be road works directly outside the building. There was a jack hammer going until 10/11pm at night. Followed by trucks remaining debris util after midnight. Not ideal for sleeping.

Exactly what I was after for a quick city getaway.
Pros:

The property was very clean. I also really appreciated the comfortable and spacious couch so we could stretch out and relax. The beds were also very comfortable. I thought the lay out of the unit was a clever use of space and I also liked the attention to detail with little things like a shoe holder etc......

Cons:

I thought that the parking was a little expensive. But I thought the car park itself was easy to get in and out of.

More like sleeping in a noisy construction site car park than an actual hotel.
Pros:

Location is convenient. That's the only good thing I have to say about this apartment.

Cons:

Where do I even start? We ended up leaving one night early because the construction noise next door was absolutely unbearable, with drilling continuing until 4:00am. Sleeping was impossible. The hotel refused any refund or discount despite the situation. If you’re staying on levels 1 to 4, your front door literally opens straight into the car park!! So it barely feels like a hotel at all, rather you're staying in a car park! The whole experience put a downer on the last few days of our holiday. When we raised the issue, staff referred to notices on their own website and at reception, yet there was nothing mentioned on Booking.com. Finding out about major overnight construction at check-in is simply unacceptable. Still waiting for a refund on the second night car parking which we never used. We will definitely never stay here again.

Great location price was not bad for what we got

Stayed in the self-contained apartments. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sit out on the balcony as it became very wet when it rained. The bathroom fan was not working, the beds were comfortable, however the rooms were very dusty and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

The leg of the lounge broke when I first sat on it… Also the ensuite Toilet made a loud buzzing noise the whole weekend. Had to shut the door of the ensuite, but still heard it
