Very peaceful lovely grounds manicured gardens Cafe on site was very nice to eat next time eat at the Captains Table restaurant as it was closed on a Sunday when we were there

Pros:

Staff were absolutely amazing. Room was clean and large.

Convenient, Roomy and Affortable Hotel
Pros:

Had a three night stay while to attend a wedding, so the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The room was a great size and had everything I needed. There’s a café and even a hairdresser on site, which makes the hotel super handy. A short walk away you’ll find shops for any essentials. It all made the stay really smooth and stress‑free.

Everything you need for a quiet, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Beautiful gardens and pool - I can see why people choose to have their wedding reception there. Room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet - there was no noise from the busy road at the front. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Location was central.

Cons:

Cleanliness was a huge issue, dirty bathroom floor and wet, dirty cup, dirty cutlery, damaged patio and screen door, sticky floors in the main area. When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation and I didn't get the room that I booked.

Disappointed, for the money asked a disgrace would not go back.
Pros:

Pool area well done, large room very clean,
Sheer curtains worked well,
Bed comfortable, other facilities provided ok

Cons:

1. Strong odour in bathroom of sewage either floor pipe or coming through the sink drain.
2. Lid on toilet would not stay open to allow you use it.
3. Blockout curtains only closed halfway which allowed lights from outside in which reflected off walls very uncomfortable to sleep

Lovely hotel, we would stay again
Pros:

Loved this hotel. Very comfortable and convenient for us. Great having a good restaurant on site to save getting in the car again to go out. Beautiful grounds to relax in. Very spacious and clean room. Nice bedding

Cons:

Would have been good to be able to use pool if it was heated. Shower pressure wasn't great
