Overly priced and would not stay again.
Cons:

Internet only works in one section of the room (manager was aware), no facilities for meals/snacks, no bar open on weekend, not able to even get ice. Room not overly clean, bathroom drain needs cleaning, area very noisy at nighttime.

Pros:

Good location

Cons:

We were woken up at 5.30am by the screeching plumbing pipes when the guest upstairs had a shower. The screeching continued for ten minutes until the shower was complete and then we heard all his footsteps.
The lobby and shared facilities are in an atrium which is very cold in winter as it is hard to heat

Give it a Miss
Pros:

Very disappointing stay.

It seems this motel has been cutting costs at the expense of the guest experience. The restaurant has been closed, so there's no option to have dinner on-site, which is a major inconvenience, especially for travellers arriving late.

The breakfast offering was equally disappointing. Rather than a proper cooked breakfast, guests are limited to a basic self-serve continental breakfast. Even worse, only instant coffee is included. If you want a decent coffee, you have to pay extra, which feels unnecessarily stingy.

The biggest issue, however, was the cold. The entire property felt freezing. The tent-like structure covering the entrance and former restaurant area offers little protection from the winter weather, making common areas extremely uncomfortable. The corridors were icy cold, and while the rooms were just warm enough to get by, they were far from cosy.

Overall, the motel feels like it's focused on reducing costs rather than providing a comfortable experience for guests. I won't be staying here again.

A deeply uncomfortable and poorly managed stay, fell short on basic standards of comfort & service
Pros:

The best thing was that it was only for 1 night. There is no way I would have put up with a second night. I wish I went with my gut instinct and stayed at the Mercure, our friends said their stay at Mercure was amazing and breakfast was great.

Cons:

Room 208

I experienced the worst night’s sleep of my life, and I’m not someone who’s usually fussy. The bed was unbelievably soft and unsupportive, leaving me with lower back pain. We were in town for a football match, and I could barely stand the next day to watch my child play.

There was no proper quilt cover, just sheets wrapped around a quilt and the fitted sheets themselves looked like they had already been slept in. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, like trying to sleep on a folded towel. I even tried grabbing an extra pillow, but it made no difference. I’ve never woken repeatedly during the night due to discomfort until staying here; I was up around eight times.

The couch was no better, with a hard, thick back that forces you to sit bolt upright.

The continental breakfast was passable, but the urn wasn’t even turned on before opening, so no one could get a coffee. We had to walk down the road to buy one. There were no staff in the breakfast area or at the front desk, no one to ask for a kettle, no one to assist, and no one to leave the key with when checking out.

The hot water took about four minutes to reach the shower, and several other guests from our group said they didn’t get hot water at all.

I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel justifies its pricing. I originally booked at $215, then found it cheaper so cancelled and rebooked at $190, and even that felt wildly overpriced for a regional hotel.

Tip: Replaced the bed, changed the sheets, new pillows or provide options (soft, medium, hard) replaced the couch for something more comfortable, turn the urn on the night before and leave it on "keep warm" so guests can get up and have a cup of coffee/tea. Fresh fruit options (more than just mandarins) would have been nice. Some apples, bananas. So many people stayed there and only 8 of us bothered to have breakfast there.

better quality stays in Wagga for the same money.
Cons:

Dated property could do with a refurbishment was at its peak 20 years ago. three air conditioners in apartment with one remote. TV in lounge only one with antenna connected for free to air tv others rely on internet with no free to air. Breakfast was basic and no food available at motel. For the price which was comparable with quest for example we will go to quest.
