Pros:

Staff.

Cons:

That the room equipment/appliances were broken or dirty and that the apartment door was left open for hours with all of our belongings in full view of hotel corridor after maintenance came to replace an appliance when we were not there.

A pleasant stay
Pros:

Clean well cared apartment. Easy access at anytime on a day.

Cons:

Nothing at all. But keeping little more toiletries items such as toothpaste toothbrush shaving razor at least once in two days would give maximum fullness to the consumer.

Quick getaway
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished.

Cons:

There was only a small split system air-conditioner in the living room and nothing in the bedroom. Fortunately this time of year we didn't need heating or cooling at all but summer might be quite warm in the bedroom I would think.

Needs to fix a few important problems

This time , things changed ! No bedside lights .. ? ( although seen in photos on booking site photos) asked management and they said you had to request them !! wTF 🤬 this is a 4 star place ! Should be a necessity

The price was good and the room comfortable. Zero ambience but good value.

Cons:

I didn't expect the room to be made up on Sunday but it was. When I turned down the duvet on Sunday night, the bottom sheet had not been moved and was mostly off the mattress as I'm a restless sleeper. It was rather amusing that someone could make a bed and not touch the bottom sheet. Also expect your car to be covered in bird poo, even in the carpark.

Good amenities, suitable for longer stays. Clean and Comfortable.
Pros:

Neat and tidy, well equipped room suitable for someone staying a longer period of time.

Cons:

Setting up the TV was complicated and I am good with technology. Someone older would have really struggled. Also, the door swipe to get out was hard, need a swipe closer to the exit, otherwise you have to get out of the car.
