Staff were friendly. Location near public transport and local cafes

Cons:

Was not aware of the hotel going through renovations until my arrival. Could have supplied bottled water and toothpaste.

Cons:

Slow elevator, noisy rooms, flashing fire alarm lights above bed. Other guests cooking could be smelt and filled out room with smokey smell.

Absolutely filthy, stains on everything, pillows would’ve been about 20 years old, very very old property for the price they charge per night.

Pros:

Chairs were dirty beds uncomfortable basic facilities but was ok.

Thank you Mantra for providing a lovely place to stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful
The Room was well equipped and nice and clean.
It was great to have the car park underneath - made easy access!

Cons:

The bed a little low but comfortable
Location was not easy to find for a person coming from outside Sydney - tucked away
The curtains did not quite close so used a clothes peg to keep the light out
The building was a little tired - but still very adequate
The toilet bowl was not quite clean at he bottom under the water.

Excellent shower water pressure really enjoyed the shower.
Tv was easy to use.
