Great location, fabulous, friendly staff, and always beautifully clean!

The bed rolled into the middle
Not receiving the extra teabags and milk we asked for twice
Not having fresh milk on hand. Just had that long life milk.

Clean , comfortable and convenient place to stay near the airport !
Pros:

Very easy checkin , extremely clean and the beds were so so comfortable. A very convenient to overnight before our flight home after international travel .

Cons:

Only the small step up into the bathroom .. could be a bit of a hazard .
