Great location but property needs attention

Mould allergy. All of us were sick from moment we walked in. No door on ensuite bathroom. Downstairs toilet door doesn’t close. No blind in bathrooms so neighbours can watch you in shower. No way to darken main bedroom at night and outdoor spot light shines right through bathroom window into bedroom.

Nice place and very clean room, however be aware of construction going on
Pros:

The pick up location wasnt too far from the hotel, maybe 150 metres. At the same time, you need to drop the keys off if you are checking out early.

Cons:

After checking in, I got back in the car and went to the front gate, but at no point was I told about the access code to get into the property, hence had to jump the fence to get in.

Outdoor stairs very unsafe , painted black , landing straight from accomodation very unsafe .

Perfect quiet Hasting St location!
Pros:

Lovely little quiet spot right in the middle of hasting street. Walk to everything!

Cons:

Nothing it was great, just maybe needed to be a bit cleaner, found rubbish under tables.

Pros:

Great location. Drive in and out without navigating Hastings St traffic, but walk straight across to the beach and restaurants.

Cons:

Construction noise was occasionally loud. Also, there's only one carpark.
