we had a fun, relaxing stay with everything one could ask for 😎
Pros:

easy access, to enter property a master key ensured our safety from
intruders, pool was warm, the spa powerful & bubbly, bbq area was spotless. our apartment was clean and cosy with everything you needed
we had a quiet relaxing time
The owner and site manager were lovely friendly people 😊

Close to all amenities. Pool and spa were heated but only luke warm. Facilities were good but wouldn’t recommend unit 6
Pros:

It was quiet and close to everything.

Cons:

We used unit 6. Washing machine seal was not in place and it flooded. The manager contacted the owner and the owner knew about the issue but didn’t tell anyone. I ended up fixing the seal. Vertical blinds wouldn’t close properly and the spare blankets were all stained with either food or bodily fluids. Easy fix, just get them cleaned.

The couches could do with a good clean, smelt so gross. Also the washing machine was so loud!!! Cannot be good for your ears.

Cons:

The beds were a little outdated and uncomfortable , along with the tv no YouTube or wifi for tv , reception was all blurry so couldn’t even watch tv at night . Updating these few things in the rooms would be a better experience by all. Another thing to add would be more toilet rolls in the unit especially with children. However was a pleasant stay

The manager didn't apply discretion he was talking and my business to a guest thinking he was the person was someone else,also my holiday was ruined by surface beach holiday apartments this was not a child friendly accommodation the rules were dated back to the 50 were children were seen and not heard I felt very uncomfortable and couldn't relax andy holiday

Good clean needed at Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments.
Pros:

We liked being close to the beach.
We liked being able to open windows and feel safe at night.
We liked the setup with two bathrooms.
We liked the quiet location but still being close to Surfers and Broadbeach.

Cons:

We didn't like the poor cleanliness. The walls were stained. The blinds in the main bedroom were mouldy. It looked like the whole unit needed a thorough scrub down.

Perfect for large or combined families- only need to BYO food and supplies (toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc)

There wasn’t anything to not like about the property. It was great. It had comfy beds and pillows, Kitchen had everything you could ever need regardless how long you were staying. The fact it has a good full-size washing machine and dryer is perfect for those staying more than a couple of nights. Pool is beautiful and warm. Very convenient location, only 5-8 mins walk to the Tram one way and the same distance to the beach or bus route the other way.

Cons:

Nothing to not like.

Enjoyed our stay. Not crowded, quiet area, good pool
Pros:

Quite a good location, not too far from the beach. Easy walk to the light rail; / tram system.
Good pool and spa.
Good BBQ facilites
Plenty of cooking utensils, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher

Cons:

There is no view of the beach, but this is reflected in the cost. Still a nice outlook over the pool.

Apart from little things I would definitely come again enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

There was cockroaches in kitchen
Had to fix washing machine wasn’t draining was clogged in filter underneath got heaps of stuff out of it.

great price for a short stay, needs a bit more attention to detail

good value for money, pool and hot tub & balcony on room

Cons:

the handrail on the hot tub zapped you when touching, there was an open drain in the pool area that could’ve been a safety hazard, the fan and light switches were confusing and there were some cockroaches in the bathrooms
