Awesome holiday apartment, close to everything in surfers' paradise.
Pros:

The apartment facilities were excellent with everything we were hoping for. The spa was great after a cool day at the beach or at the end of a long day; and secure underground parking was peace of mind compared with leaving our car on the street.

Cons:

There were some sounds from people in the apartment above at times, but they were not too bad in the overall experience. This would not diminish our positive experience of staying at these apartments.

We would stay yere again
Pros:

The pool was clean and warm, and the whole family used and enjoyed it. The location was only a short walk to the beach and close enough to walk into Cavill Ave. Beds were a bit average and old

Cons:

Easy to access, good parking, and everything we needed was in the apartment

Clean and anything we asked for happened quickly no fuss

Be advised- STAIRS!!

Room was big and clean

Cons:

I didn't realize there were stairs and we were on the 3rd floor. This was very difficult for my client, and for managing luggage. The owner attempted to get us a lower floor but none were available. In addition, he was working on updates and renovations to the building so we had to deal with the very strong smell of carpet glue for a few days. He also had pest control come into the rooms. I was advised so I expected it, but they were pushy and I found them to be somewhat rude. At least they were quick. The microwave and washing machine were past their prime, but that is to be expected at times. The hot tub was the same temp as the pool, and it didn't work while we were out there. I know the ownership is changing hands so I expect it will improve, and the owner was trying to be as helpful as possible.

we had a fun, relaxing stay with everything one could ask for 😎
Pros:

easy access, to enter property a master key ensured our safety from
intruders, pool was warm, the spa powerful & bubbly, bbq area was spotless. our apartment was clean and cosy with everything you needed
we had a quiet relaxing time
The owner and site manager were lovely friendly people 😊

Close to all amenities. Pool and spa were heated but only luke warm. Facilities were good but wouldn’t recommend unit 6

It was quiet and close to everything.

Cons:

We used unit 6. Washing machine seal was not in place and it flooded. The manager contacted the owner and the owner knew about the issue but didn’t tell anyone. I ended up fixing the seal. Vertical blinds wouldn’t close properly and the spare blankets were all stained with either food or bodily fluids. Easy fix, just get them cleaned.

The beds were a little outdated and uncomfortable , along with the tv no YouTube or wifi for tv , reception was all blurry so couldn’t even watch tv at night . Updating these few things in the rooms would be a better experience by all. Another thing to add would be more toilet rolls in the unit especially with children. However was a pleasant stay

The manager didn't apply discretion he was talking and my business to a guest thinking he was the person was someone else,also my holiday was ruined by surface beach holiday apartments this was not a child friendly accommodation the rules were dated back to the 50 were children were seen and not heard I felt very uncomfortable and couldn't relax andy holiday
