Great location, great value.
Pros:

The apartment had plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped. Appreciated the provision of a washing machine and dryer. Quiet street. Easy to get to everywhere. Supermarkets and dining options close by.

Cons:

The front "porch" and living area (inside) was very very close to the spa and pool fence. Didn't feel comfortable leaving the door open as people in the spa could likely see and hear us (we could see and hear them!)
Would've been nice to have some washing detergent for the washing machine (didn't ask at reception so maybe they did have it... having said that, we were out all day so didn't get the chance to ask as they weren't open).
The parking bay and internal "roads" were quite narrow so we ended up parking on the street (which was easy... this was a personal preference). Felt a bit unsafe to drive around especially with small children wandering around.

Pros:

Accessible bus if no car. Functional kitchen, laundry etc for longer stays. Hot tub in pool area. Basically everything you need for a family holiday.

Cons:

No 19 is so close to pool that you're almost on top of the hot tub, so the pool guy is in your face all morning if you want to sit outside at your table, or even open your curtains. He also needs to check that you've actually checked out before entering the unit!

Nice place.
Pros:

Good location , quiet and comfortable .

Cons:

A very bright light from outside shines through the unit the entire night as there is no curtain on the upper window. It is most annoying.

Dobrá lokalita v blízkosti autobusové zastávky, prostorná vila, dobrá postel. Vybavení zahrnovalo vše, co obvykle na dovolené potřebujete.

Cons:

Vybavení ale bylo hodně zastaralé, leccos by zasloužilo výměnu. Celkově by vila potřebovala větší péči.

Weather was lovely, location was great
Pros:

Looked tired, gardens need some tender loving care. Linen was clean however blankets had marks on them, couch & cushions were very dirty & extremely uncomfortable to sit in. Other chairs in the unit were also uncomfortable…Coasters & coffee table were dirty. We ended up going to the shops to buy cleaning products to wipe things down before using them. As they requested for rubbish to be removed each day they should consider offering more rubbish bags for this to be put in force. Couldn’t get TV to work correctly, unable to get free to air channels.

Very comfortable stay!
Pros:

We really enjoyed this property from the moment we stepped through the doors. It was very comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. With a washer and dryer in the bathroom and a lovely patio off the living room, it met all our requirements.

It was conveniently located between Noosa Head National Park and the town of Noosaville.

Cons:

The showerhead was quite dated and did not have much water flow. With no venting to the outside make sure to open the bathroom window if you use the dryer.

Lovely views of pool, spacious and nice for a holiday.

Cons:

Good idea to have individual packets of washing powder supplied.
No shops close by. Good if you have a car, but trickier if walking everywhere or catching buses.
