Not as good as it should have been
Pros:

Location was good, near lots of facilities, restaurants, bus stops

Cons:

The room smelt, fridge did not work when we got there but they fixed it. The aircon didn't work properly and they didn't come until the Monday to clean & fix it. TV only had 2 channels and they said that was normal. They eventually offered to swaps rooms which we looked at but was as bad or worse than the original with a view of a carpark so we said no and kept out smelly room

There was no TV remote, no phone connected and a prostitution ring going hard next door, all I could hear was snorting a

The fold out couch, came in handy.
The bedroom, was great for locking the kids up for a little bit when they got annoying.

No soundproofing on connecting door to next room.
