If the rooms are the same price they should be the same quality.
Pros:

The location and the beach view.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms. One was fitted out nicely and seemed renovated but the other had plastic garden furniture and a big damp patch on the wall.

Always been a bucket list to stay at the Aquarius, for location and views… did not disappoint.
Pros:

Location and view were absolutely amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Noise on Saturday night by nearby venue with live music.
No washing machine in unit. Or should provide free laundry facilities.
Walls and curtains in unit need cleaning

Great location but not nice rooms
Pros:

The location and view was fantastic

Cons:

The room was dated, mould in the bathroom on the ceiling and in the tiles grout. The furniture was old and damaged. Patchy popcorn ceiling. The lounge chair had no legs and it was like sitting on the floor(hard to get out of) the site won’t let me put a video of the room up!

Disappointing
Pros:

The position, great location

Cons:

The shower tap fell apart and fell off. So to take a shower we had to pick up the shower tap from the floor and then try to use it to turn the shower on and change temperature.
Shower basin was not clean
No magnifying mirror in the bathroom
No shower caps
The mattress was either old or cheap and uncomfortable
Only one wine glass in the cupboard
Toilet roll old and used
Tissue box nearly empty

Never staying here again

Absolutely nothing at all !!

Cons:

No car parks in car park any time of the day and night front door wouldn't open with fob after hours WiFi was terrible not worth using TV didnt work kept freezing and turning off .Very noisy in room and quality of room very low compared to price !!!

Five star view, three star room. Staff member unhelpful if you use laundry onsite.
Pros:

Great view, location on the esplanade, swimming pool.

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds. Booking.com should state whether room is renovated or not.
Staff members were unhelpful when washing machine was faulty. Not wanting to refund coins lost in broken machine. Apparently they are managed by independent operators. Don’t have machines onsite if you aren’t prepared to give refunds for breakdowns.

The apartment is immaculately clean and tidy. Older style but commensurate with price and absolutely spotless. Short walk along the lovely waterfront to plentyof cafe choices.

Weather was good.
Pros:

Great views and location. Walked everywhere.

Cons:

1 balcony chair was unsfe to use. Reported it to reception and fell on deaf ears. Tried to have it repaired or replaced. No luck. 2 people could not sit on balcony together and enjoy the view. Street a bit noisey in evenings from revving cars and motorcycles, even when slow speeds were applied and enforced.
