Cozy and welcoming

We felt very welcome. Mark and Gary were so helpful, right from promptly answering all our pre-arrival queries to making sure we were comfortable through our stay. The room was cozy, beautifully done up and had everything you need.

Very relaxing stay in a charming environment.
Pros:

Very comfortable room, well equipped and large balcony. Nice pool and hot tub, and plenty of parking. Owners are charming, very helpful and knowledgable about local services and sights.

The unit was beautifully decorated and was super comfortable. Mark and Gary arranged a ground floor unit and a parking space for us because of my limitations for stairs which was amazing

Great accommodation excellent service.
Pros:

The setting was exceptional which made our stay very relaxing after travelling from the north. The service provided by Mark and Gary added to the pleasantness of the stay.All we required was close at hand.

Tolle Unterkunft im ruhigen Sadtteil Sunshine Beach von Noosa

Sehr schönes und toll ausgestattetes Zimmer, hevorragend betreut von Mark und Gary, die viele Informationen für den Aufenthalt in Noosa und Umgebung haben.
Es gibt eine Tiefgarage für das Auto.
Perfekte Lage für den Einstieg in die Wanderwege des Noosa Nationalparks und zum Sunshine Beach.
Der Coastwalk im Nationalpark ist fantastisch.
Die Stadt und der Strand von Noosa Heads sind in wenigen Minuten per Auto oder öffentlichem Bus erreichbar.

A relaxing 4-night stay at Chez Noosa, thanks to Mark and Gary’s warm hospitality.
Pros:

I had a fantastic 4-night solo stay at Chez Noosa in early May. Mark and Gary are exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. On arrival, they generously spent around 30 minutes helping me refine my itinerary, offering great local recommendations.

The location is great. It’s well positioned—quiet and peaceful, yet central. Sunshine Beach, Noosa Junction, and other key spots are all just a short drive away (roughly 2–10 minutes), and even accessible within a 15–20 minute walk. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. It would suit solo travellers, couples, and families alike. It’s also conveniently accessible via public transport, which adds to the ease of getting around.

Overall, a wonderful stay. Mark and Gary are genuinely kind people who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Chez Noosa to anyone visiting the area.

Cons:

While there was no air conditioning in the bedroom itself, the apartment has A/C that helps cool the space, and fans are provided in all rooms, which work well.
