Great cafe downstairs, clean pool and spa, clean towels when we asked
Spa was cold one day, shower head wasn't very strong and toilet flush wasn't very effective. The bathroom was more in need of an upgrade than any other element. Cracked window pane in bedroom.

We paid for 14 nights and left after 2. Unclean and our employee did not feel safe here, so we had to relocate her. An email was sent requesting a part refund. We have heard nothing. Extremely poor customer service.

Only the location
The apartment looked depressing and lacking of maintenance. Apartment looked quite different to the pictures. The furniture had massive locks, the toilet sit button was broken, the bed had a metal edge that was not covered and I hurt my leg, bed cover sheet was damaged, balcony was super dirty, shampoo/body wash was like dishwasher liquid. Unfortunately we didn't get our special request. My fault I know, but you can improve. The travel cot had additional cost which I don't think it was said in the advertisement so I didn't expected a payment link. I called reception to inform the time of arrival and they didn't mentioned to fit was not going to be provided because I didn't pay the extra $10. After we arrived I noticed the cot was not in the apartment but reception said it was too late to request it.
Spa and pool could have been warmer
23-and 24th JULY. i arrived as reception was closing the reception made it easy to check in.
if you sign in to wifi which i didn't have time for as understanding of the platform wasnt for me on this visit.
It was a nice brain break - some company would have been nice and an better explanation of facility . apart from that Room were big plenty of kitchen space and clean sheets

Great location and easy after hours check in
No hot water at 10pm on a Saturday night. Very uncomfortable bed. Says ocean view but I couldn’t call needing to be on your balcony and looking around the corner an ocean view.
Location is fantastic and great price for a 2 bedroom apartment.
It wasn’t very clean. Carpets are filthy as were the backsplash in the toilet, skirting and walls. It needs a deep clean. It’s been renovated but not professionally by the looks of it. The toilet seat is too small for the toilet so doesn’t fit properly.

Photos were a complete lie room looked completely different, room was dirty and stained, stuff was old and broken. Complete scam compared to the photos. Loud construction noise and constant dog barking in apartment on floor above. Weird smell as well
