An awesome place to stay
Pros:

We’ve stayed here before but in different units so were familiar with the facilities and the location which are fantastic. We had a ground floor studio which had everything we needed, unfortunately our stay was just one night but we will back . The receptionist was really friendly, helpful and very welcoming.

A very good location in Broadbeach
Pros:

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The apartment is close to the beach, the Oasis shopping centre, the Kurrawa Surf Club and the tram - all within walking distance. There is a cafe downstairs if you need an early morning coffee. I highly recommend the HiHo Apartments.

Great location and value for money.
Pros:

Convenient location, easy to access apartment, great views. Parking available. Coffee shop at front very handy. Staff were very responsive

Great position & good value for money.
Pros:

Great spot in Broadbeach.

Cons:

For just me it was terrific. Furniture is old, but for a bloke ok. The weather, as it hosed down for 4 days. [not the property’s fault]

Despite the issues I identified, I would stay there again.
Pros:

The location was brilliant. It was spacious and had all the amenities I required. The shower head delivered copious and generous amounts of water. Free parking is a big plus.

Cons:

The aircon although very effective made a terrible noise and so I often turned it off. The screens in the bathroom and bedroom were very dirty.

The area so close to everything. The bed was great. It was a nice tidy apartment and the grounds were lovely. Pool great.

Cons:

The shower only stayed warm for a limited time. But staff were organising a plumber so im sure this is just a one off thing

Dated and Waaay Overpriced
Pros:

Location, but that doesnt mean lest on your laurels elsewhere.

Cons:

Rocked up t 1 45 on a Saturday, place wasnt ready, was told to go away for 40mins, found it odd wasnt offered compensation considering how overpriced it is, terrible shower , furniture, dated, needs an upgrade.

Pros:

Location

Cons:

The blood stained mattress protector, to which I could see through the sheets.
The toilet seat that did not fit to the top of the toilet bowl which pinched my leg
The carpets were atrocious
