Gute Unterkunft, Freundlichkeit hat viel Luft nach oben.

Das Hotel sowie das Zimmer haben uns sehr gefallen: einfach, aber typisch andalusisch. Überall sehr hohe Räume. Schöne Terrasse. Sehr ruhig. Gut gelegen als Ausgangspunkt in die Pueblos Blancos und Sierra Grazalema.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir kaum wahrgenommen. Ein „Holà“, „Passaporto“ und Tarjeta“ war alles. Auch das sonstige Personal war eher unfreundlich. Man fühlt sich nicht wirklich willkommen.

Está bien pero pueden mejorar mucho sobre todo el trato y la entrega de las habitaciones

El entorno es lo mejor del lugar sin duda, las habitaciones están bien y la piscina está bastante bien

Cons:

Nos dieron las llaves de la habitación y cuando entramos (para nuestra sorpresa) estaba sucia de los huéspedes anteriores y sin hacer… bajamos a recepción para saber qué pasaba, la comunicación entre las personas que hacían las habitaciones y la persona que estaba en recepción fue desagradable, se les pidió que hicieran dos habitaciones entre ella la nuestra entregada y sin hacer…. Nula comunicación y fue mucho más tarde de las 14h cuando se nos entregó finalmente… ya no son ni 24h de disfrute de la estancia y comenzar así sin una disculpa o un gesto de cortesía como invitar a una bebida durante la espera es algo que deja mucho que desear… ojalá lo mejoren y no vuelva a suceder en el futuro

A great hotel with courteous staff in a fantastic position.
Pros:

This hotel is in a fantastic location in El Bosque, set on a hillside with fantastic views. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My girlfriend and i enjoyed it that much we booked an additional night.

Un buen hotel a precio competitivo con vistas a la sierra
Pros:

Una buena localización en el Bosque, muy buenas instalaciones con vistas a la sierra, una buena piscina con acceso a bar , y finalmente, un precio muy competitivo. Además, con parking gratuito para clientes!!

Cons:

Por decir, la hora de entrada que creo que era sobre las 14h, y me gustaría que fuese más temprano!!

Cómo en casa
Pros:

El trato cercano y campechano del personal del hotel se merece un reconocimiento, no podemos más que agradecer dicho comportamiento y por tanto nos quitamos el sombrero por ese grupo humano.

Dentro de TUGASA, no es el mejor..
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable para realizar senderismo.
la habitación buena, cuarto de baño nuevo prácticamente.
Aparcamiento gratuito ene l mismo hotel.

Cons:

El desayuno escaso, continuamente solicitándole al camarero que repusiera, el pan lo mejor.
falta de embutido y fruta mas abundante, no parecía buffet, era a demanda.
la piscina pequeña para estar el hotel completo.
