Great neighbourhood, near Middleton beach
Pros:

Cosy unit within a quiet residential area, near to a lovely park/ pond and walking distance to the famous fish and chips shop. A short drive to Middleton beach area.

Cons:

Only one air conditioner in the living room, so the rooms were quite cold in the winter weather. We found a spider near our shoes in the evening.

A convenient, secure, cosy accomodation, located in the breath taking MIddleton Beach area
Pros:

Very clean; well maintained; good, new facilities; Middleton Beach, best spot to stay in Albany. Always enjoy staying in that location. Our own parking bay for car.

Great but noisy neighbours due to water system being constantly used.
Pros:

very nice location not far from the beach. Large, clean apartment with all facilities.

Cons:

The water system was very noisy. If the adjoining apartment ran their water it was heard, loudly, in our apartment. Unfortunately the neighbours ran their water ALL the time!

Great stay in Park Avenue Holiday Units.
Pros:

Quiet location but close to coffee shop, bar and fish and ship shop. Two streets from the beach.
The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay in Albany. The accom was perfect. The room had everything you could want and the bed was comfortable. The area was quiet and we felt like we were home
