Family stay to watch soccer
Pros:

Lovely clean apartment and comfortable bed. The apartment was tidy, easy to navigate and well appointed. Shame there was no ice provided and the tv didn’t connect but I’m sure they would have accommodated if we had asked. Staff lovely and helpful

With only minor fault of mattress and shower love stayin. Staff a very friendly and location us perfect.

Matress not very comfortable. Last time we stayed in a studio apartment it was heaps more comfy.

Pros:

The room was very clean and all staff were friendly. The location in Olympic Park was great.

The issues I had related to:
Fire Alarms going off and building being evacuated for a false alarm.
Room Fridge not working, being repaired once, failing again the next day, and then staff not repairing it when they were informed. I lost food because of this.
Room was too hot and control over this was limited.
Without those issues I would have recommended Quest.

Excellent staying
Pros:

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It felt like a home away from home. The location is very convenient, and the hotel is in a quiet area, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back next year.
This appart-hotel has everything including washing machine, dryer, nice kitchen, everything is very clean.

Spacious and comfy apartment in the heart of the Olympic park precint.
Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Great location if you are doing anything in the Olympic park area. Convenient parking that needs to be organised before hand, but communication with the team was great.
