Pros:

This little haven is a wonderful hidden peaceful gem tucked away in Darwen. You could be anywhere.
The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you.
Asked for a coffee and to go outside, thinking out the front and I was taken to a lovely private patio area.

Cons:

Nothing.

Fab hotel with wonderful evening food 😋
Pros:

I stay here twice a year for a work event and love it. Gorgeous food at the end of a long day and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

There was a booked party on (and often is) and my room was on the function room side of the hotel. I will request to change this next time.

Definitely worth a stay
Pros:

I booked here for my son who suffers from anxiety, he found the staff to be friendly and happy to help. The food was exceptional and the rooms were clean. Very useful guest pamphlet which came with menus for the restaurant and a booklet with places to go in Lancashire as well as the number for local taxis. I would definitely recommend.

Not good and not good value for money when I found out could have had travel lodge for half the pric

Was quiet little place as in manor a mega block

Cons:

Had a double which was 2 singles put together and they was different heights so was uncomfortable and also have strands of hair jus in plain sight on the bath and side was extremely dirty to see and experience

Excellent break to the journey and good breakfast too.
Pros:

Superb location, and very helpful staff.
The room had all the facilities expected.
The TV was a little difficult to operate, but a minor point as we could view the World Cup in a big screen in the comfort of the downstairs bar.
Lovely hotel interior

For the price, it was excellent.

Great place to stay when working in ten area as lots of parking off the road.
