Monday – Friday 8.30 to 18:00
Saturday 8.30 to 12.00
Sunday / Public Holidays - closed

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests will be supplied with a password via SMS or email for the safe, located at the main entrance to the building. Parking information and instructions will also be in the safe.

The property will be renovating Front Desk and Lobby areas from 1 March 2021 to 31 March 2021.
During renovations, the property will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

I had an excellent stay here. I managed to get around easily with and without a car. A great base to explore Brisbane.
Pros:

Short walks to public transportation (buses, City Cat ferries), Central location close to city and Toowong Village; Fabulous views from the River View unit, Undercover car park, clean and well fitted out unit.

Cons:

Nothing. It is an older unit but all the pros make up for it.

Excellent location. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great parking. Lovely view.

Cons:

Just a little disturbing noise from plumbing etc at night. Possibly the neighbours flushing the toilet.

For the price, it was not too bad at all.
Pros:

So close to the hospital we could walk there at times. Soundproofing was pretty good considering there was a main road right there

Cons:

Fans didn’t work in both rooms, some electrical issues too with fans/lights where the light flashed or fan made beeping sounds when it did work. Handle in the room with 2 single beds was broken and my son got stuck in there until we all got up the next day. Was a bit dirty, kitchen drawers full of crumbs, some of the items provided in kitchen were gross and rusty like just throw out those pots no one in their right mind would use it. weird yellow stain on sheets. The beds were on wheels which was sooo annoying when sharing a bed, the whole bed would move every time someone rolled or moved in sleep.

L'emplacement à 50 mètres des bus ou ferry, le confort des lits et le parking et la salle de sport.

Cons:

Une des 2 chambres de l 'appartement etait aveugle, il n y avait pas de fenêtre, seul un bout de plexiglass qui donnait sur le corridor avec de la lumière toute la nuit et ce n etait pas spécifié dans la description ou les photos.Nous n aurions pas réservé ici si nous avions su. L appartement était aussi très sale (voir photos).

Overall, the best thing about this apartment is the location, and it’s clean. If noise and quirks don’t bother you, this

The location is by far the best feature of this property. It was also clean. The Parking (free and undercover secured) is excellent.

Cons:

The fact that there was a lot that was sub-par:
- the apartment was called a ‘premium river’ apartment but there were stains on the carpet and
no windows in the whole apartment that you could open unless you open the doors to the balcony in which case you hear the horrendous road noise, and a couch for only 2 people despite the apartment sleeping 4. There was where else for 4 people to sit together unless around the table. The vibe isn’t premium.
- The washing machine is so loud even with the door closed you can barely talk. If you have the balcony door open and the washing machine on, you can forget conversation.
- The pool area was supposedly open until 9am but when we went down for a swim at 6.30pm, everything was completely locked up with no access.
- We arrived home one afternoon to a strange workman on the balcony, painting it. This wasn’t shared with us prior in any way and was a bit of a shock. He told us we should stay away from the areas he was painting, and it wasn’t a pleasant smell so also couldn’t open the doors for any ‘fresh’ air even if we wanted to brave the noise.

Great location, clean, great views
Pros:

The views from the balcony and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. A short walk to Auchenflower station and also the City Cat by the Regatta hotel.

Cons:

The apartment itself is a little dated but clean. The pillows were quite hard and the sun was directly into the window so a better black out blind would be nice.
