Underwhelming. Would not stay again.
Pros:

Near the river.

Cons:

The apartment was grubby. The walls dirty. Furniture didn’t match. There was a wet table runner in the washing machine and rubbish in wardrobe.

no internet in room/ tv. It wasn't connected, I didn't spend too much of my own time trying to connect as I wasn't in room much. But I was wanting to watch something on fox sports.

Fabulous location, comfy bed, but the place is tired, dirty, and in dire need of some TLC.
Pros:

The location is second to none. Fabulous views of the river and the city. Very close to Regatta city cat stop. Perfect.

Also love the spa and tennis court.

Cons:

Very dirty. Our bathroom had brown marks on the sliding door that upon closer inspection, were not stains, but easily removable with a cloth. This suggests little to no cleaning had been done.

Extremely old, worn furniture in the lounge room. Damaged walls and carpet. Old and tired balcony furniture.

Another minus was the lack of basics in the kitchen. Some olive oil and salt and pepper would’ve been nice. And there weren’t enough crockery or cutlery to warrant a dishwasher.

Overall the stay was great it was a first time for my friend and she loved it especially the river
Pros:

Location was great within walking distance to train, bus and ferry and to the City and Toowong village
Enjoyed morning walks by the river

Cons:

First thing I noticed the jug was broken
