Simple, clean but old apartment close to Southbank
Pros:

Good location. Easy check-in. Clean bathroom and body wash and shampoo smelled amazing.
Bed comfortable enough for a good sleep.

Cons:

Older style appartment. Furniture/cupboards old and a bit rickety.
TV in bedroom didn't work and controller was rusted with no batteries.

Adequate accommodation. Bed mattress and furniture needs an update.
Pros:

Location was great. Close to the Brisbane Convention centre. The complex felt very secure. Rooms were a good size.

Cons:

The bed mattress was old and not supporting. I slept on the sofa bed couch for three nights!
Some furniture was broken. TV cabinet leg and coffee table leg.
Main TV did not have a remote control
Vanity basin tapware was old and tarnished

Wonderful location and a great stay!
Pros:

The bed was honestly the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was fantastic to see all the best parts of Brisbane. Loved everything about the apartment and would love to stay here again!

Cons:

Smoking area in the courtyard could use an ashtray and a bin near the barbecue would also be helpful :)

Our apartment was clean and close to shops and restaurants, we had a great stay.

Pros:

Secure free parking. Close to South Bank. Short walk to train station. Quiet location. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Two A/C units

No lift. Access to car park difficult (needed to cross traffic to enter from the East)

Great spot, run down and poorly looked after room.
Pros:

The location worked well for us

Cons:

Room looked like it was under renovations with patches on walls not yet painted, there was no hot water and we were evacuated due to a fire alarm. Dust all around the AC unit and a large ball of fluff in the bathroom fan. Stains on the bed covers. Will never come back.

great location at a good price for a short stay
Pros:

great location, easy walking distance to southbank and west end. comfortable bed, clean facilities, wifi good, relatively easy to find and great to have option of parking

Cons:

bathroom facilities a little tired, limited privacy, - needed to leave curtain closed and door locked to outdoor area, due to reduced privacy and safety. television remote did not work

Overall the stay was good and issues were minor ones.
Pros:

Location was as expected, off street parking, close proximity to Public Transport. The free BBQ.

Cons:

Lack of light over the BBQ area, also no BBQ tools were provided a basic paint scraper would suffice. The bed rolled away from the wall. The lack of water pressure in shower. Bathroom ceiling fan was clogged with dust and lint so did not work adequately.

Wished I had more time to take advantage of the room and the great location.
Pros:

Clean room, and comfortable bed. Easy check in with the key collection and directions to the room. Great location, close to the convention centre. Not noisy. Good ventilation. Well equipped kitchen, although I didn't use it.

Cons:

The shower wasn't very hot.
The couch comfort was average.
There wasn't any herbal tea option.

Very happy with our stay thank you. Only a few little negatives but easily fixed.
