Overall was great stay!
Pros:

Overall the property and the apartment had everything needed for a good stay.

Cons:

Not having its own reception was a bit annoying had to walk a fair distance or drive to another accom property to be told they can’t help us was frustrating.
Room preference of ground floor was not given even tho the property was definitely not fully booked this caused some issues as I had a 2yr old and no lift in the property meant climbing stairs with luggage and small child was challenging, there was a few elderly guests who I helped with luggage and shopping during my stay as they were clearly struggling and they also mention they had requested lower ground levels when booking.

The Sebel has beautiful quality apartments.
Pros:

The apartment location on the Vines golf course was excellent. The kangaroos in front of our apartment and on the course were a real bonus and a treat.

Cons:

We had trouble finding reception when we arrived and took much longer to work it out than we should have. It’s a very long walk from the Sebel apartments to the Novotel and not well sign posted.
I don’t recall us being told to go to the Novotel reception to check in.
There was sand on our balcony when we arrived which got walked into the apartment and as the rooms don’t get cleaned for a 3 night stay I needed a broom to sweep it up, luckily I found a cleaner one day.

Finding reception was a challenge, perhaps a couple more signs showing the way would be good given it is quite a walk from the apartments.

Cons:

The two swipe card entries to your room. Very hard to navigate with luggage. The upstairs chairs dragging on the floor constantly not very sound proof.
No information on booking in at the Vines Reception had to walk to find it, as parked at Sebel.

Wildlife stay with golf and a comfortable bed!

Absolutely beautiful stay - modern studio apartment on the golf course, with wildlife in your door step!

Cons:

Only thing I disliked was the reception to check in to the Sebel was hard to find!
