Very disappointing stay……….
Pros:

Location perfect. Close to city centre and beach. Nice and quiet with nice views. Parking and apartment location suitable for a few nights stay. The pool and spa were ok but outdated. Nice addition of vouchers to be used at local surf club and cafe welcome.

Cons:

We were very disappointed in the presentation of apartment 38 on 10th floor. Lots of things that needing attending to maintenance wise and was expensive for what was offered. The basic cleanliness was not up to an acceptable standard also. We notified management who attended to some issues during our stay however most issues were due to unacceptable cleanliness and poor maintenance.

Great location, quite dirty.
Pros:

The location was stunning and the pools were fantastic, staff were helpful

Cons:

Our unit was quite filthy. Lots of dust and grime. We had to shift one of the beds to fit a portacot in the room and, when we did, there were packets of rubbish and big dust balls under it (we only shifted the bed about 15cm at most). Our 11m old found lots of bits of rubbish and balls of dust every time we put him down. We also found underwear still in drawers in the cupboard.

Pros:

The accomodation itself is beautiful and exactly what you need plus the management team there are beautiful people so make you feel more at home, also having an infant they endeavoured to get us into our room as early as we could to be as comfortable as we could

Cons:

The couch is the only downfall it's overly soft, and that's not really even a negative lol

Twas a beauty!
Pros:

The location is the first thing that comes to mind. It’s set right in Burleigh walking distance from the township.
