Disappointing — cleanliness issues and an uncomfortable checkout experience meant we wouldn’t stay again

Cons:

The room had a strong moldy, old smell as soon as we walked in. The beds were uncomfortable and left us itchy, and we found a bug on the bed. On checkout morning, a staff member came to our door at 9:55 — before checkout time — pressing us about when we were leaving, which felt rushed and intrusive

Just what we needed for the occassion, alittle overpriced, but overall enjoyed the stay, would stay there again.
Pros:

Plenty of room
Clean & tidy
Close to restaurants etc, walking distance

Ok but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Location, size of apartment and kitchen set up

Cons:

All furnishings were very worn, old and stained.

Dishwasher and washing machine leaked the first few times using them - staff were attentive. But still inconvenient and I was questioned multiple times if I had used them incorrectly

Not enough parking and no disabled access up to the building entry from the street

Very good except for the wifi, which was terrible.
Pros:

Location, size, cleanliness, comfort.

Cons:

The wifi is, sadly, really bad. Might as well not advertise having it. Just used our phones. Either fix it or stop advertising the apartment as having free wifi.

Value for money
Pros:

Love the location and thought the price was good in relation to the facilities. Everything was very clean and basic.

Great views of the marine, clean and staff were very friendly. The early check in was gold! I don’t think I’ve ever had
