I didnt like stairs, i found it hard to go up the2 flights of stairs plus taking bags and a walking stick in one hand.trying to hang onto the rail of the stairs. Nowhere to park the car to bring the things close to our room.we was lucky two other people was running late too and they stopped what they were doing to help us, as they could us strugling.

Ok. Was comfortable and had everything I needed. Just not very clean.
Pros:

Very comfy bed. Good heating system. Good Landry facilities

Cons:

Not clean. Lots of dead bugs on the windowsills. Kitchen and bathroom benches not well cleaned

Spacious, easy access and good location

Cons:

Even though had a large kitchen, there was a lack of anything to cook with and the stove top was ancient and didn't really work.

Only got two small towels (even though bedding for 3 people), no face washer no handtowel and one floor mat, no manager on site and had to go out and purchase additional towels, etc.

Disappointed when I asked for a 1hr late check out they wanted an extra $50

Deceptive on the outside, gorgeous inside.
Pros:

Tastefully decorated - cosy and quiet

Cons:

A bit tricky to get into my room and get the code. Two phone calls to hotrr we l and one to booking.com

Cons:

No contact at all with people who run the place. We booked triple room and the room was set for 2 people. No 3rd towel, no 3rd blanket, no 3rd plate etc.
Room was very bare and there was no where to sit. No bench in the bathroom to place items.
