Comfortable, convenient and great coffee at your doorstep!
Pros:

Convenient location only minutes from the city centre. Close by to Kings Park. restaurant downstairs with delicious food, great coffee and friendly staff. Rooms as advertised, piping hot showers and high quality toiletries

Nothing! I had a fantastic explanation experience and will be back

Overrated and not comfortable. But excellent restaurant.
Pros:

The food is very good, but has nothing to do wth comfort of room. The location is good, very close to King’s Park and near the CBD.

Cons:

The room was cold and the bed had one thin blanket. There was not any extra blankets or pillows. There was no cupboard or hooks even to hang a jacket. The room was completely bare and the hotel itself was not anywhere near a 4 star establishment.

Good sized room, reasonably priced. Excellent cafe down shairs.

Cons:

Nowhere to put toiletry bag in bathroom. Luckily I qas alone as only really set up for one person in many ways one chair on balcony one easy chair.

Pros:

Location was very good walking distance to city centre, room was big and comfortable with all the necessary for a nice stay, room was more like a small studio appartment with kitchenette and balcony. Good and secure parking at the back of the property if available.The lift and direct access to the restaurant and bar was nice, the staff are super friendly and professional and the food at the restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Rooms are close to the freeway and was a bit noisy at time of peak traffic, I will ask for a room at the back next time it might be a bit quieter.

Not a comfortable hotel, but the restaurant is very good.

The restaurant was very good.

Cons:

The room was extremely dark. The building was a roadside motel, not a 4 star hotel as advertised. We had a room for 5 nights, only housekeeping provided was towel exchange every 2 days and garbage removal. We rented 2nd room for one night, which did not have a cupboard of any kind to hang a coat, not even a hook on the wall. Also, no extra blanket in that chilly room with only thin single blanket on bed.
