Comfortable friendly hotel minutes from St George’s Terrace in a leafy location
Pros:

Pleasant staff and great location and wine bar cafe

Cons:

Bathroom door had strong closing arm that made it close very firmly

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying there because of the comfort and locality
Pros:

Great location, excellent service and very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately could hear noises from Level 3 we were situated on level 2 so could hear when people were walking above us. Also could hear noise from next door when they closed doors or were using kitchen facilities at all hours of the night.

Solid Stay! Good Value.
Pros:

This was a good stay! The room was quite large, even moreso than I needed. Whole kitchen space, a nice work area, and two beds was plenty. The location is great, a short walk to the heart of the CBD makes everything pretty easy to access.

Cons:

The outlets/power situation is not great. I had to plug my phone in across the room overnight to charge because there were no outlets reachable near the bed.

Great location, nicely renovated, just needed a few more basics to make it comfortable.
Pros:

It was a really lovely location. Nice bed and kitchen area.

Cons:

There weren’t any places to put luggage or hang clothes. No iron or mirror. The check out process was awkward as you have to walk through cafe patrons and crowds to access the check out desk with luggage. A side gate or alternative exit would have been nice.

Convenient situated & comfortable stay in Perth
Pros:

Just across a foot bridge from the city situated in a quiet, leafy street. Very comfortable, renovated accommodation, quality toiletries, kitchenette & access to lovely cafe/restaurant downstairs.

I came for Medical reasons - and needed time to Chill out after surgery - Found the Hotel Perfect
Pros:

I Loved the Location - the room had all the facilities if needed - spotless - very convenient Breakfast downstairs. Loved it.

Cons:

For the location and Price - and recently renovated rooms - Very Happy - Close to cafe.

Riverview stay
Pros:

The room was amazing, exactly what we wanted as we loved having a kitchen and the room layout was convenient and the space was just right

Cons:

Everything was perfect nothing we didn't dislike about the room. The parking was about a bit hard but didn't Impact the amazing feeling of the stay.
