Relaxing
Pros:

The 3 bedroom villa was cosy and comfortable. The bedding and toiletries provided were good quality. We liked the facilities provided like volleyball court, table tennis, etc.

Cons:

I wish Villea could be more pro-active in beach clean up. There was a lot of trash, water bottles, plastic cups strewn all over the beach front including the area with direct access from Villea. It may help to provide more dustbins.

Just decent stay
Pros:

The building itself is comfortable and well-maintained; however, it does not offer good value for money for several reasons. The beach is very dirty, the elevator was not working during our stay, and since we were staying on the second floor, this was quite inconvenient. In addition, there were many ants in our room, which affected our overall experience.

Good stay
Pros:

The room is spacious and there are a lot of complimentary items that we can enjoy. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The guests can also park near the rooms. The kids and adults both can enjoy the pool. The place is nice and quiet. Have plenty of activities that people can enjoy like the ping pong table, swings, hammock, kids play room etc

All of us sleep soundly during the night.

The breakfast is also good. Little choice but it taste good. Enjoyed the nasi kerabu, nasi lemak, Mee Hoon, Danish pastry.

Cons:

Some of the facilities in the room need to be improved to avoid injuries and for safety purposes. Also the cleanliness can also be improved (beside the windows and also under the pool terrace). In the morning, I also encounter some bees nearby the swing.

Frustrated about the beach as it has many rubbish due to tides and rain during the day. So we are unable to enjoy the beach.

We had a great family holiday, the hotel was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble.
