Great little no fuss hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

Location is exceptional. You can hear the waves of the beach at night.

Cons:

You can hear the beach but also the street noise from the pub on Saturday night. To be expected with the location :) The stairs can be a bit tricky to haul luggage up and down as well.

It was a clean room, but had a depressing outlook. It would no doubt be different in the ocean-side rooms.

TV was not turned on at the power point so I had to stand on a chair (not safe) to turn it on. I also had to turn it off at night as the white light kept me awake. The shower head was too high fo me to reach and the water flowed close to the wall so I had to stand right near the taps to access water flow.
