Kort verblijf voor treinreis.
Pros:

Locatie bij het station was perfect. We hebben hier niet geslapen, alleen een kamer geboekt om onze koffers te stallen en te kunnen douchen voordat we met de nachttrein naar Hoi An gingen.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dame van de receptie liep zelfs mee naar het station met onze bagage.
Kamer was schoon en de badkamer was netjes.

Cons:

Het was wat verouderd en rommelig.
Geluid van buiten was duidelijk te horen op de kamer.

Wij kwamen aan in de nacht met de bus om 03:30 ‘‘s nachts. Ik had haar in de middag al gevraagd of dat het een probleem was om zo laat in te checken, waar op zij reageerde dat dat helemaal geen probleem is. Wij hebben toen we aankwamen anderhalf uur buiten gestaan, voor de lobby. We hebben meer dan 20 keer gebeld via hun telefoonnummer en constant aangebeld bij de deurbel. Niemand deed open, reageerde of kwam ons helpen. Na anderhalf uur hebben we een ander verblijf moeten zoeken. Erg vervelende nacht gehad hierdoor.

L emplacement près de la gare

Cons:

Le personnel n est pas aimable et ne cherche qu a vous vendre des excursions
Ils ne tiennent pas leurs réservations à jour
Il a fallu qu on insiste pour avoir notre petit déjeuner compris dans notre séjour
En face de hkbuslines il y a un petit restaurant où ils sont vraiment aimables par contre ça change complètement

Very basic quality fittings and Hotel in need of updating. Breakfast was very basic we’re just a pancake and banana with no honey. Small coffee, no other drink drinks.
