Guests are required to show a photo identification and valid credit card and accept the terms and conditions of occupancy via the on-line check-in portal which will be sent from the hotel prior to arrival.
People under the age of 19 cannot check in or be given keys.

The reception is pretty much nonexistent. When I checked out, they didn't bother to inform me I was a day early in leaving. So I paid for 3 nights & spent 2 nights. Even after them checking the room. As I had not long lost my Husband, my head was still in a fog.

Apartment was amazing - massive 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 3 toilet, fully self contained. Lounge and dining room was so spacious. Balconies off all bedrooms and living area.
Location was fantastic - It was a short 2min walk to the main esplanade with all the amazing food options. It was also a very easy 5 min walk to the wharf to visit Sea Life Aquarium and take a ride on the Aqua Duck. I was there for the 35km Bloody long walk so we only had 1 full day sunday to relax and enjoy but this would be an excellent location for a longer stay. And certainly we are already talking about coming back in the summer to do just that.
Value for money for both a massive fully self contained apartment as well as very central you can not go wrong with booking here. Especially if you are a family and like being together but also having space as well.
Honestly nothing we did not like (Other than having to leave after only 3 nights as it just wasn't long enough)

Kitchen and bathrooms are a little tired.
It is large and spacious, clean and very well equipped. A great location 5 minutes walk to the Esplanade. We would definitely stay there again.
The upstairs neighbours were a little noisy.

Amazing location, a 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the marina. The premium 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and had great views from both sides.
