Premiere king room
3days 2night 😀

Room was fantastic ✔️
Gym ✔️
Cafeteria✔️
Breafeast was great✔️
Room service ✔️

Swimming pool cant make it really darm bad ❌️
(Kids feel sad)
Game room ( do not have the vibe for game room)❌️
balcony bored empty(suggestion maybe put chair for relaxing)❌️


And mostly all Staff is very profesional, humble respect super friendly and the manager(Mohammad noor)

Thank you again for welcome us
Hope will to hear outcome better upgrading
And will come again 😀

Cause housekeeping trolley will hear from inside room

I can at least sleep. That's all I care. Pillows could've been better.
Pros:

Booking.com and Four Points by Sheraton Johor Bahru better get their act together in the charges as what I confirmed in booking.com does not tally with the hotel. The hotel blamed booking.com btw.

Cons:

Only 1 lift serving the carpark and 1 lift to go to my room. Waiting took ages that I decided to use the stairs. So those with old folks, beware. Staff also seem unsure about my charges. I had to do math problem solving once on check-in because the amount differs from booking.com and once on check-out when I found additional charges added in again.

We asked for family of 4 pax. The room was for 4 pax, but the amenities wasn't for 4 pax. Eg the bed, towels, pillows etc. The next water heater failure. We spent more than RM500, but there were no complimentary breakfast??? To sum it up, not worth booking for a hotel with such standards.... Really.. !!

Bad breakfast experience

Cons:

The breakfast experience was bad.
Flies everywhere.
The chef at egg station went missing twice that i waited so long to order the egg.
I had to go to the receptionist few times to look for the chef.
There is no pepper in the entire restaurant. I asked the waiter and the reply saw "no pepper her". i had my half boiled egg with only soysauce.
