For over $200 a night very poor. Typical of WA mining tax.
Pros:

Reasonable close to the airport

Cons:

Bathroom was very small, could barely turn around in the shower. Water leaked out onto the floor. No bath Mat so I had to use a towel to stop the water running out into the bedroom

To use just to sleep close to the airport if you don’t find anything else!
Pros:

Close to the airport (10 minutes) and the bed was clean and comfortable. The fact that there is someone at the reception till midnight is good for late arrivals.

Cons:

The bedroom floor looks dirty even if it is not… very minimalist, bathroom renovated but extremely small. Parking lot available but don’t leave anything visible because during the night, frequent breaks in happens….
