Couldn’t fault it for a short stay.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable / the price was right!!

In elderly and I hate doing stairs - their lift was broken.

Stay away at the moment.
Pros:

The staff were helpful in some ways.

Cons:

I wasn't told about the entrance/exit. The carpets were old and had a mould smell. The room was cluttered, and NOT serviced daily. The curtain rails in the shower were rusted and old. The air-conditioner drainage pipe was broken in the bathroom. The exhaust fan was broken and full of dust.

Don’t stay here

Check in person was friendly

Cons:

So noisy. Air conditioner was very rattly and noisy
Outside was fridge unit or something similar that had a motor that went on and off all night. It was very loud. Very hard to sleep with noises inside tiny room and out. No fan so had to use aircon

My door shut my mistake, it had a code I forget and there was none to help me and I had to brake the door to get in, I tried the number countless times with no answer, with a place that doesn’t have keys this is horrible
