Highly recommended. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable with a good-sized balcony. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were clean and free to use. The pool was great and the staff very helpful.

Pros:

The free laundry facilities were great and was nice to take clean clothing in our next trip. Friendly staff, nice swimming pool and barbecue facilities made the trip memorable. I recommend Freshwater East Kimberley apartments.

Intimidating, dangerous and petrifying for the children.

Great location and very clean updated amenities

Cons:

There is no lockable gate. Local teenage gangs come through the property most night looking to enter the rooms collecting your keys while you sleep and steal cars. I called the police as there were 9 gang members breaking in while we were in the apartment. They did not leave when I made it known to them I was in the apartment, instead scaling our balcony to break into the rooms upstairs. The police said it’s a frequent occurrence at the property. The paper provided at check-in has a number for security but it’s just to the poor young girl on the front desk (who was home asleep as it was midnight) so there is no security. We called the police ourselves. No attempt was made by the rude manager to provide a solution given our stay resulted in no sleep from midnight after being with the police for over an hour and the children sleeping on the floor in our room. You are not physically safe on the property even in the rooms.

Pros:

Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Safe and secure

Cons:

Because for the strict Liquor Laws - flying in on a Sunday with no where to purchase a bottle of wine to sit by the pool - you should have a relationship with say the grande to be able to purchase (limited) alcohol on those days. It was a disappointing start. To a very hectic week of meetings.

Perfect Kimberley base!
Pros:

After some big days exploring the Bungle Bungles, Lake Argyle, and El Questro/Emma Gorge, Freshwater Apartments was exactly what we needed. Clean, comfortable & well-equipped. The self-contained setup made life so easy, and the staff were genuinely lovely. Highly recommend for anyone heading to Kununurra!

A relaxing three night stay in this beautiful place. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Pros:

Well appointed clean self contained apartment. Bed was super comfortable. The pool area was amazing and so lovely for a swim. Close to town. Not at all noisy even though on the highway.

Lovely grounds, modern apartment and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Spacious modern apartment that was well quipped. Grounds were private and beautifully landscaped with accommodation situation around pool area. Provision of accessible and easy to operate laundry was a plus for travellers. Parking available on site and close to apartment. Good access to streaming services. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons:

King bed - great! Extremely soft mattress not so great.

Excellent accommodation, friendly staff and a great base for the Ord River Marathon weekend.
Pros:

Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments provided a comfortable, convenient and welcoming base for our five-night stay in Kununurra. The spacious apartments, excellent location and friendly, helpful staff made it an ideal place to relax, explore the Kimberley and participate in the Ord River Marathon. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the apartments to future marathon participants.
