Ngay trung tâm Q1.

Cons:

Nhân viên hoặc chủ thái độ với khách hàng cực kỳ tệ hại. Làm dịch vụ nhưng rất tính toán và cọc lốc. Trả phòng bị muộn 40p do kẹt xe, không rành đường và bị tính nửa ngày. Thay gọi hỏi thăm để chủ động xem tình hình thì đổ lỗi hoàn toàn cho khách không gọi báo. Trong lúc mâu thuẫn có lời lẽ xúc phạm khách hàng trước. Cảm giác dùng dịch vụ nhưng không được phục vụ vui vẻ nhiệt tình chứ chưa nói tới việc tốt hay không tốt. Một trải nghiệm kinh khủng và tệ nhất từ trước tới giờ. 1 điểm lưu trú chất lượng 1 sao và cả dịch vụ 1 sao. Tệ hơn rất nhiều so với các đơn vị lưu trú cận bên. Rất trái ngược với dịch vụ của người Sài Gòn.

Pire chambre de nos deux mois en Asie !! Ne correspond pas du tout aux photos ! Fenêtre condamnée avec des parpaings donc aucune lumière extérieure et pas de possibilité de renouvellement d’air donc on avait l’impression d’étouffer. Ça ne devrait même pas être légale de louer ça ! Au même prix il y a des hôtel mieux à côté

A budget travelers room near Pham Ngu Lao
Pros:

(This review is for the Three Beans hotel, same owners, a few doors down from the Kiniko.)The bed was comfortable, the location was great. The staff was courteous and kind enough to pack our luggage up to our room, as there was no elevator.

Cons:

No elevator as mentioned. A lack of working outlets, in fact only two were operable. Most lighting didn't work and the bulb was out on the nightstand lamp.

Good for one night stay.
Pros:

Good location if you want to visit the party street, friendly staff.

Cons:

Basically no sound insulation and children were playing loudly in the hallway until midnight. The air conditioner was dripping water next to the bed.

Central Location!
Pros:

Nah is the lady running the hotel and she is incredibly helpful and kind. You are in the heart of HCM nightlife. If you are aware of it it is perfect. At night anyway I could not hear any noise as my room was on the interior.
