A beautiful hotel to stay in… would definitely recommend it to friends!
Pros:

Love the look and location of the property.
It is a wonderful hotel to stay in and would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The only slight downfall was the noisy air conditioning in the room..we had to turn it off but luckily the weather allowed us to still be comfortable if not slightly warm!

Calming, homely and pleasant to meet family and catch up at.
Pros:

When we checked in our rooms were lovely and warm as it was cold outside. we had breakfast at the Virgin Kitchen. Such nice staff and breakfast was tasty and competively priced.

Not so luxury
Cons:

This is not a 4-5 star experience as indicated online. There were no staff to help with luggage, and we had to cart our bags upstairs. There were no amenities in the rooms like shower caps, etc. There was no service. It's just a room in a nice building. The bathroom isn't good. The restaurant was closed the first night, and when it opened, it was just a cafe downstairs, not the lovely restaurant images online at all - that is obviously onky for catered paid events.

Beautiful and tranquility
Pros:

My partner and I like the facilities such as spa and restaurant. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed it.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the town. Not walking distance.
