Rise and shine with a complimentary Australian continental breakfast in our Sunset Room for all registered adults and children. Included is coffee and tea made to order, along with light cold dishes such as pastries, fresh fruit, and yogurts. Additional substantial hot items are available to add on at a cost. This is available between 07:00 and 10:00 during the week and until 11:00 on weekends. For later risers, our Kiosk is open from 09:00 with limited take-away breakfast options for purchase.

Romantic weekend
Pros:

The location is spectacular. The hotel is beautiful, bed comfortable, and toiletries really lovely.

Cons:

We had some issues with ordering food. Twice we asked for dressings and sauces to be on the side but twice food came that was inedible for my partner due to the addition of sauces. He spent the first night "uncomfortable " after trying to eat around the sauces which were not vegan as staff suggested.

I had a pleasant stay overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be for staff members to wear a clear uniform or name badge. At times, it wasn’t obvious who worked at the hotel, which made it difficult to know who to approach when I needed assistance.

Having a consistent uniform would make staff easier to identify and would give the hotel a more professional and organised appearance.

Great Hotel on the beach with just a ferry ride to the City
Pros:

The room was beautiful with a good view, very clean and lots of space. Great bath to sink into after a day of walking round the local treks. Room service was excellent, even on a busy Saturday my order was delivered to my room within 30minutes, pizzas and salads very fresh and delicious. Music stopped at 10pm so if you wanted quiet it was great.
The cleaners were very polite and diligent. Without asking brought up more English Breakfast Tea Bags for me.
Highly recommended Hotel. A great break away sitting listening to the world go by and lucky to have beautiful sunny warm, weather in August to stroll along to the near beaches or nature walks.

Cons:

King Suite with Terrace has a large balcony. This is great if you are away with friends as the rooms adjacent have connecting doors, however there was no shade and no comfortable seating. The stand for an umbrella looked broken and only a couple of stools and dining table + chairs. The area could be made more luxurious, with soft furnishings to relax.

Is a lovely spot but I feel service could be improved and the rooms are a little tired.
Pros:

View and location lovely

Cons:

There was a guy putting in a speaker in the restaurant across breakfast time (with a drill!!) this should have happened after breakfast had finished!
The room phone didn't work and the fridge froze everything including water / milk - rock solid!

Lovely clean rooms and views

Cons:

Only 1 little milk in fridge for 2 night - no top up when staff came in. Same with sugar. Only 2 sugars available over the 2 night stay. Asked if Skim milk was available. Never got any. Music was ridiculously loud on first night. It was like the speakers were in our room. Not good for Someone who had been up and working since 4am

Very special.
Pros:

Gorgeous spot. Got a room upgrade from kind front desk staff and felt like royalty the whole time. Love that room service is just same as restaurant but delivered free to room, and there a small bottle-o with very reasonable prices just downstairs rather than overpriced minibar.
