The owner couldn't have been kinder. He was not there when we arrived but there was a phone number to call. When I spoke to him he directed me to a safe for keys. I asked if it was ground floor as my husband is disabled and there were no lifts only stairs. When I told him this, he gave me an upgrade to a ground floor unit with spa bath.

Conveniently located in center of town. The manager was pleasant The Aircon worked!
I booked the Spa room with breakfast. 3 days before arrival I was sent a text informing me that the kitchen would be closed, so no breakfast! The room was dated, there was a hole in the bedspread and the spa didn't work! Paid for, but didn't get breakfast or spa!
