The location and view are great. The apartment was old, furniture very old, damaged and filthy in some cases.

Very old, run down and unfortunately filthy.
Construction right next door looks directly into the apartment, although that’s not their fault, of course.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, the views of the beach from our apartment were stunning. Each morning we walked around the corner to get a great coffee shop and then directly onto the beach. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and the beds and pillows super comfy. Parking is underground and gated so nice and safe and practically when it rained neither us nor our luggage got wet.

Cons:

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice Staycation.

Location, Level, Clean, Fully self contained, secured and easy basement carpark

Cons:

How close on the right hand south side of 19th Avenue Apartments the next door new high rise development building site is. I know it's not the 19th Ave Apartments fault for south right view of ocean/beach fully blocked looking towards Coolangatta. It's a bugger but this is now the new "Gold Coast Life" with numerous high rise beachfront developments. The minimal front view of ocean from the unit is nice but personally if I was to return to 19th Avenue Apartments, if possible, I would put a request of accommodation not on the south right side unless there was a reduction of price.

beds uncomfortable bed room not clean dust on shelves clothing left on balcony dish washer ditty cheep ikea furniture small showers with a stupid location off shelf which everybody hit themselves also gave us wrong room gave our room away after check it 2 weeks prior when i rang to check if room i booked is ready told yes ready at ¹2 arrived approximately 1205 told to select anther apartment very disappointed 19th ave stay multiple times before

Great place to relax and unwind, easy beach access for a morning dip and walk.
Pros:

The view was spectacular looking over the Pacific Ocean. Beach access took 2 minutes maximum, Location was excellent easy to everything. Amenities pool, spa, sauna, steam room were a great addition.

Das positive vorweg: sie brauchen keinen Wecker mitnehmen! Sie werden zuverlässig (auch am Samstag) um 06:00h vom Baulär

Die Lage ist super - aber auch nicht mehr wie in der Anzeige angegeben - denn recht neben wird ein großes Haus gebaut und damit die Hälfte des Blicks aufs Meer verbaut.

Cons:

Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht um einen tollen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Dafür müssten sich folgende Dinge ändern: Ausstattung: total veraltet, Schränke abgeranzt. Dusche und Bäder aus den 80ern. Die Deckenlampen…eklig. Insgesamt ist das leider nicht so wie beschrieben. Alles ist alt. Baustelle direkt nebenan - in den Anzeigen ist der Blick frei auf das Meer - stimmt nicht!
