Poor service and unsafe environment
Pros:

Building design

Cons:

Poor service and lack of first aid in the swimming pool, sharp ages of tiles cut the skin,no safety supplies and hot elements of sauna have burned people and child in the 7 pm when reception is closed to get help .

The unit was very clean and comfortable and a great beach front position.

Cons:

We weren't advised that there was construction next door which was up to the same level as our unit. Even though the unit we stayed in had a lovely beach front view we felt uncomfortable using the balcony during the day from 7am and had to keep the side blinds closed as the workers were very close and could see straight into our unit and onto our balcony.. I would ensure you ask for a unit on the other side of the building away from the construction.

Pros:

The location: beach front ti one of the nicest beaches in Gold Coast . Amazing tennis courts , hot pool sauna and steam room ! Spacious incredible view and very nice atmosphere

Great location
Pros:

The apartment was well located with an excellent view of the ocean. Parking was easy and the pool, sauna and tennis court were well used.

Cons:

The apartment could have done with some non-perishables (more than 5 tea bags), like salt and pepper etc.

Can’t get better
Pros:

The ground floor villa apartment is perfect for families! You can access the heated indoor pool from the terrace, and the kids have plenty of space to play in the adjacent garden while you watch on from the terrace. It is well equipped and new. I can’t recommend the villa enough and can’t wait to go back.

Cons:

The wifi/data is on the slow side, but I think it’s more to do with buildings blocking the cell towers. Step into the garden and it’s better. Didn’t bother us at all but thought it might be important to know for those who need to work.
