Pros:

The unit is spacious, spotlessly clean, and come with a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook proper meals. They also provide the little extras that make a difference—coffee, tea, and milk waiting in the fridge when you arrive. Having a designated parking space is a bonus, and the rates are very reasonable compared to many of the overpriced stays in the area. It's practical and good value for money.

Cons:

While the unit was clean and spacious, some aspects could use an update. The furniture feels a bit dated, and the pillows weren't very comfortable for sleeping. The hot water in the shower cut out midway through a shower, which was especially noticeable during winter. The bathroom doesn't have heating, so it can get quite cold on chilly mornings. The TV is also not a smart TV, so streaming services aren't available.

These weren't deal-breakers for me, but they're worth noting for anyone planning a stay.

Great place to stay in the heart of Lakes Entrance
Pros:

Very well located and exceptionally clean. Spacious and has a full kitchen. Great for those who want to be able to prepare their own meals.

Conveniently located, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Location is excellent, within walking distance to the main street shopping and restaurants.
Walked everywhere, no need to drive if you are staying within the town.
Short walk to the footbridge access to the main beach and Entrance Walk.

Looking forward to staying there again
Pros:

The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The manager was super friendly and helpful. It was so well located.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny, but was modern and clean. So balanced out that it was so small.
