Pros:

This facility is situated in the heart of Lakes entrance. The location is prime. There are pizza shops, restaurants, takeaway food outlets, supermarkets, and a liquor store within very short walking distance. The beach is also a stone's throw from here.

The self-contained apartment was clean tidy comfortable, and it was peaceful for a good night's sleep. The room a/c and the hot water supply in shower was good.

The owners (Garreth... I hope I got the name right) and the reception lady are very good courteous people.

Highly recommended!

Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly. Great location and perfect room layout and amenities for a family with small children. Kids loved the room.

Cons:

Shower head wouldn’t stay up and a little dated which didn’t really bother us but otherwise a great stay! Would stay again.

Convenient location and good value older accomodation.
Pros:

The location was very convenient, allowing easy walking access to shops etc at Lakes Entrance. The 2 bedroom unit was very spacious and the kitchen had the plates/glasses etc that we needed for a night. The AC in the living room warmed the cold space up nicely, but it struggled to reach the rest of the unit.

Cons:

The unit is definitely old and feels run-down. The shower head in the bathroom is so low on the wall that I had to crouch to use it, and I am only 160cm tall.

It is a very nice apartment, clean and comfortable, in the center of the town. You get everything you need for a short stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Looking forwards to coming back soon.
