Location - convenient to everything in Yeppoon. Really comfortable beds.
Bathroom was dated and shower was pathetic - scarcely enough hot water pressure to keep the shower warm.
The room was on the 7th floor with a magnificent sea view and in a great location.

Way over priced for as you can get a penthouse in other areas for the same price an a flash one at that parking is shocking room wasn’t clean best thing was the breakfast thanks to the cooking staff better of staying at the salt motel up the road .

The location and view where great.
We stayed for two nights. In that time I recieved 7 sms messages from the Bayview Tower. 3 of them were reminders about the no smoking or vaping policy anywhere on or around the property. This they don't tell you on the web page and it's not written anywhere in the description. To secure the room I had to pay in full and agree to their no refunds policy. Wasn't untill I checked in I was told in no uncertain terms about the smoking rules and threatened with fines ect ect ect. I couldn't pull out even if I wanted to as there was no refunds. I'm on medical Canibis and use a vape before bed. I had thought being that there is a balcony on just about every room, I'd be able to stand out there and have my three puffs before bed. Instead I was expected to exit the premises and go across the road and stand in the rain. Obviously I just went without and had a terrible night's sleep and woke up in pain 🤷♂️. 7 texts over two nights with 3 of them being about the same thing when other than my 3 puffs a night, niether of us smoke, I found that was on the verge of harassment.It was unwanted, unwarranted and unnecessary. Leave your guests alone to enjoy their stay... Also, the included Breakfast is from 7 - 8 am. 1hr. That's it
The room had wonderful views over the foreshore and ocean. Sunrise was spectacular. Bed was comfortable and kitchen and bathroom were lovely. Cute little painted table and chairs with more out on the verandah. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. Seems a little thing but I’m an artist and the art on the wall of my room was really interesting and I loved it. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
A bit of maintenance is needed as the little fridge door was terribly rusty and spoilt the clean look. The old fashioned airconditioner also needed new casing. I realise the salt water plays havoc with metal but a maintenance plan would help. I didn’t like receiving an email each day advising that smoking and vaping were not allowed. I mentioned at check-in that I didn’t smoke at all when told the same information. I realise that it probably happened because the hotel has had problems, but receiving four notices over my three night stay felt very negative.
