Old charm with
Pros:

Location, rooms comfortable, good size room, good shower, bed good, phone charging pad, good blackout blinds, upgraded us to a seaview.

Cons:

Air con made room very warm and we had difficulty getting it lower. Couldn't get Coffee machine to work.

Noisy no sleep
Pros:

Good location but DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE AT ALL INTERESTED IN SLEEP
Not only relentless duff duff but also hours of rearranging furniture from 20 pm

Cons:

Manager serving behind bar chatting and laughing with other bar staff while I waited to be served. There was 3 of them and I was the only patron waiting..Well I gave them a good serve and told them to shove it b4 having a steak in bistro. Manager obviously tampered with my meal. Rump steak was tuff as leather and I didn't feel well after.. I sought mngr and proceeded to abuse her .
Upon being escorted through beer garden she pushed me in the back. I really got under her skin in appeared.
I might add that I had no alcohol to drink and do not regret being rude with my abuse of this poor excuse of Manager. She sets a bad example for other employees and deserves to be sacked. She actually assaulted me.
The Steyne is tainted with staff like this
