Hotel cómodo y bien situado en el centro de Dumaguete
Pros:

El hotel esta muy bien situado en Dumaguete, puedes ir andando a todo, incluido el puerto.
La habitación comoda y limpia. Buen desayuno.
El personal de recepción nos atendió muy bien.

Cons:

La habitación era un pelín antigua, le faltaba secador de pelo (estaba roto)
Por lo demás todo bien.

Very nice experience shout out to the staff for being very helpful and accomodating
Pros:

Near Rizal Boulevard; nice and safe area. All The hotel staff were so helpful, respectful and very accomodating. We super enjoyed Dumaguete and Siquijor, big revelation. Very safe we walked at night esp at Rizal Boulevard. Great food, excellent places (Sansrival Bistro, Honeycomb Bar, Why Not Disco, Rizal Blvd.)

Cons:

A Pool and gym would be more appreciated altho the amount we paid was very Good value.

It's little bit creepy as the room style.
My mother was in the other room on the 7th floor with her friends however they've heard something awkward like someone's pull a chair back and forth. In the middle of the night.someone using a hammer on the floor.
Not only my mother but also her friends heard that creepy thing.
Restaurant.
Only varieties of choice yet when we arrived no available seats but we sat outside with no Aircon.
They need to refill the food on the buffet. Don't wait till it's Finnish as we check all the food are empty.

Cons:

The female cleaners sometimes come across as unfriendly. I understand that their work can be physically demanding, especially when cleaning many rooms throughout the day, and they may also be dealing with personal stress or simply having a difficult day.
However, since housekeeping staff play an essential role in maintaining the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, I believe it is important that guests also feel welcomed and treated warmly during interactions with them. Their work is just as valuable and important as that of any other employee in the hotel, and positive communication with guests helps create a better overall experience.
I hope this feedback can be taken constructively and used to encourage a more friendly and welcoming atmosphere among all staff members.
