Bad outweighs the good
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and roomy
Shower good.
Room service ok but slow
Overall look of the room appealing
Breakfast very good

Cons:

Noisy to the point hard to sleep
This was the 2nd visit and both times the internet was terrible....same excuse "we are working on it"

Filthy Shredded Mattresses and No Internet
Pros:

The restaurant was fantastic, unlike the hotel. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I want to give a special shoutout to Johnny, who was an amazing waiter.

Sadly, the awesome performance by the restaurant was completely overshadowed by the filth of the hotel and no internet.

Cons:

When I was booking the room I had the option of booking the room or booking with high speed internet. I paid the extra and booked with high speed internet. Sadly, the internet was intermittent at best and impossible to do any work on. The hotel is also a dead zone for mobile data.

The mattresses in our room were shredded and filthy filthy dirty.

The cleaning staff would come super early in the morning to clean the room and if we were busy i.e.. in the shower, they simply didn't come back the rest of the day unless we went out and actively made them do so.

The TV had no TV channels and only YouTube. However, with no internet we could not use even YouTube.

When I tried to talk to the front desk about these issues their only advice was to take it up with booking.com as the mattresses and the no internet were the fault of booking.com. They refused to rectify the situation.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location good close to city amenities. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No complimentary coffee or tea in the room though there was a hot water kettle. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor.
The windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them and the rooms were so noisy with traffic hard to get any sleep even though we changed rooms with the same problem.
The shower was always cold, no hot water.

Pros:

First night was a nightmare...we were there to relax but the staff trying to fix the horrible internet connection knocked out the electric and we had to insure screaming kids on the staff',s phone half the night as they tried to fix the electric. For both nights virtually no internet
