Bien mais dommage avec ce stress à l'arrivée

Il faudrait que les arrivées tardives soient mieux gérées !!! Comme mon avion était prévu d'atterrir à 20h00 j'avais demandé un check-in entre 20h00 et 21h00 - je suis arrivé à Spring Hill Mews à 21h15 - personne !! porte d'entrée verrouillée (sans code d'accès) - grace à un couple de résidents j'ai pu entrer dans la résidence et c'est eux qui ont appeler le manager qui est arrivé quelques minutes plus tard

Convenient and well positioned to the hospital, level of cleanliness was very disappointing.
Pros:

The apartments are located close to St Andrews War Memorial Hospital. Secure parking, Bed was comfortable and had clean sheets.

Cons:

The standard of cleanliness was disappointing. Tobacco on a kitchen chair, cigarettes on the lounge, floors not vacuumed, food remnants on stove top and coffee table, stove top not cleaned, wet dishes in the dishwasher, someone's jacket hanging in the wardrobe, soap scum on shower screen and bathroom mirror

Cons:

I had called before our trip to check to make sure we weren’t having to walk up stairs as we had our 17yr old son with disabilities who is wheelchair dependent with us but the guy said he wasn’t in the office and would let me know but he didn’t get back to me we get there with 2-3 flights of stairs to get up and down with carrying our son. Internet wouldn’t hook up

Very good location but very uncomfortable to sleep.
Pros:

The location is perfect! And the easy access to the keys and parking space.

Cons:

The apartment #9 was very, very dirty. Dust was everywhere, the mattress was awful, and the bed frame was broken. When I put my clothes in the wardrobe, my hand came out covered in dust. The dryer didn't work.

Very pleasant and relaxing
Pros:

Nice clean room with plenty of space. Good location to the centre of Brisbane. The place was clean and well looked after, pool was cold, but clean.
