Disappointment
Pros:

Walking distance to the city, although a little hilly when returning.
The bathroom was spacious and relatively clean. Washing machine and dryer.

Cons:

In the apartment 22 that I stayed in, the internet modem had been removed from its power sockets so no internet untill I finally caught up with the elusive person in the reception office on my last day stay, the clothes dryer filter was chocked full of lint, possible fire hazard.
The blinds in the lounge area wouldn't completely close for privacy . The lounge window/sliding glass doors need a good clean.The blind in the bedroom and bathroom were filthy, the lounge cushions were dirty, the leather lounge arm rest damaged. The lighting over kitchen sink area faulty, the fan switch the operates the stove fan broken, the light over the washer dryer flashing, the lights over the vanity mirror has bare wires inside the power switch cupboard though only low voltage. The storage cupboard for the ironing board was filthy
Its a shame that the work of the cleaning staff isn't monitored to ensure that the rooms are up to standard prior to new guests arriving.
I just hope the owners read this and act on the issues.

Pros:

Excellent location, great layout, big unit, tiled floor was brilliant only carpet in bedroom, great sound proofing could hardly believe that we were in the city as we could hear no noise and were able to sleep peacefully, comfortable bed & pillows, stress free stay just wonderful!!!

Great value for the price!
Pros:

SO close to the heart of the city - only just over 10 minutes to walk! Great to have kitchen facilities to minimise the amount of takeaway needed for a 2 week stay.

Cons:

Full load of dishes still dirty in the dishwasher, & ended up having to purchase a universal remote as it was missing. All in all still great value for $ though.

Stay elsewhere!

The only thing we liked is the location

Cons:

The first room we were showed to was filthy, dirty floors, sorry kitchen and bathroom. We asked to be moved which they did - 2nd room only marginally better. Floors were not clean, kitchen utensils and cutlery and crockery were not clean. I spent the first 30 minutes cleaning because we had no alternative accommodation. The bed was flimsy and uncomfortable, the dust in air con was shocking. Taps leaking, microwave didn't work properly, Heating didn't work and the upstairs neighbour (permanent resident) was rude and loud at all hours of the night.

Lovely layout and gardens. Great location

Cons:

It was very dirty. The spare blankets had a pet smell and feel, along with the rug in the lounge which felt grimy. Needed to wear socks. Couch uncomfortable to sit on too long, then discovered it was a fold out couch but was broken so not a very comfortable. Lint overload in laundry.

Bien mais dommage avec ce stress à l'arrivée

Il faudrait que les arrivées tardives soient mieux gérées !!! Comme mon avion était prévu d'atterrir à 20h00 j'avais demandé un check-in entre 20h00 et 21h00 - je suis arrivé à Spring Hill Mews à 21h15 - personne !! porte d'entrée verrouillée (sans code d'accès) - grace à un couple de résidents j'ai pu entrer dans la résidence et c'est eux qui ont appeler le manager qui est arrivé quelques minutes plus tard
