Property owner needs to ensure updated accessories are up to date -
Pros:

Great location on the beach close to everything we needed.

Cons:

Accessories within apartment were very limited, no drinking cups, 2 teaspoons, no wine glasses other than champagne glasses or port glasses. ….. these are simple things that were annoying.

our main bedroom bed was two twins which meant we could feel the gap down middle, which was uncomfortable. Not hard to add a mattress topper to close the gap.

Lounge couch wasn’t super comfy either - needs pillows ….

enjoyed the location and size of the apartment, if we stayed again we would bring our own amenities
Pros:

spacious apartment right on the beach, watch the sunrise and surfers every morning. Ensuite off main bedroom plus another separate bathroom and toilet, balcony off lounge for breakfast was a bonus. Easy walking distance back to town centre, easy access to car park

Cons:

Downsides - the double bed was not comfortable, the free wifi did not work in the main bedroom, there were no bathroom amenities apart from a small piece of soap, limited amount of tea/coffee satchels provided but no sugar or salt and pepper. limited amount of assorted plates and bowls, only one tea spoon

Massive apartments with unbelievable ocean views.
Pros:

The apartments are massive with awesome panoramic ocean views, great location we really enjoyed our stay and Tom and Lucy are so lovely to deal with they make it even nicer. We will be back.

Perfect for beachside holiday
Pros:

Amazing location right on the beach. Walk to tram, cafes, restaurants. Lovely big windows, great sized master bedroom. Lovely comfortable beds and furniture. Spotlessly cleaned. Great big kitchen.

Cons:

No shampoo or conditioner.

Pros:

More Glass Cups, there was only 1 left in the cupboard. Also having only one key was annoying when staying in a group

Pros:

Cons:

When you enter the unit it smells odd, like B.O, i think it's because of the plastic /synthetic blinds that stay under the sun for quite some time, so you always have to air it out by opening the windows.

Clean safe and good location, seems like not prompt on getting stuff fixed, may be it is slow season.
