Top Lage so gut wie direkt am Strand

Leider keinen eigenen Parkplätze… und rund herum schwierig zu parken… aber in 10‘ Laufweg findet man was!

ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO
Pros:

Hotel MUITO bem localizado! Apenas atravessar a rua e chega na área de entrar na praia !
Na esquina do hotel tem uma CVS (farmácia e mini mercado) que fica aberto 24h que salva também !
O fato de não ter estacionamento não é tão bom, mas tem um estacionamento público bem próximo (uns 6min de caminhada) que é 8 dólares a diária!
Endereço do estacionamento: Miami Beach Parking Garage (G6), West 42 Street, Miami Beach, Flórida

Cons:

O hotel é simples perto dos luxuosos ao redor, mas o preço é justo!
Só as camas que são bem moles, então para vários dias nao sei se funcionaria bem !

Very nice and friendly stay in a comfortable, clean and hip hotel
Pros:

The staff - they were very friendly and accommodating. The elevator was not working during our stay, but we cannot complain, because the young man who checked us in was so friendly while assisting us with our bags to the room. He provided extra towels, ice and gave a few recommendations for places to dine. The next morning at check out we were assisted by another kind gentleman, who not only brought our luggage down from the room, but loaded it into our Uber in the pouring rain. The young lady at check out graciously provided us with umbrellas.

We also liked the cleanliness of the room and hotel, the decor and style and of course the location. The room was comfortable and the price was great as well!

Cons:

Other than the elevator not working, we liked everything about the property.

We were on the top floor and the elevator was not working so I had to take 5 flights of stairs up and down any time I needed to go somewhere on a knee I just had surgery on. I ask the staff when will the elevator be operable again and they just said no time soon. I advised that my knee was giving me problem and they said the most they could do was help me with my luggage when I check out which never happened. No discount offered full for the inconvenience so a plan on discussing some different option with my lawyer if my knee is damaged which I think it is. Thanks a lot.

Pros:

Nuestra habitación era enorme, éramos 3 adultos, la cama cómoda y la cama extraíble del Chase long también, cocina con todas las comodidades, enorme cocina-americana, enorme frigorífico, mucho menaje, vamos todo lo necesario en una cocina, además lavadora y secadora qué nos vino genial. Facilitan 2 hamacas y sombrilla en una playa próxima. Hay un super CVS en la esquina y el bus 100 pasa por la puerta.

Demasiado caro o preço do quarto pelo valor cobrado do check out.

Além do preço estipulado no Booking quando fiz a reserva, aquando do check in cobraram-me taxas adicionais que não estavam previstas.
O check out era às 11H00, pedimos para fazer late checkout às 13h30, por 2H30 adicionais informaram que teria um preço de 35$, quando efetivamente fiz o check out e recebi o recibo, pude confirmar que por 2H30 cobraram-me 70$, um completo absurdo.
Ou seja, já era mau pagar 35$ por apenas 2H30, quanto mais 70$, o que deduzo ter sido 35$ por pessoa, informação que não foi dada corretamente.
Muito mau o serviço do funcionário/Hotel.

Excelente opcion en Miami
Pros:

Estuvimos muy comodos.El espacio de cocina es muy grande y tiene de todo para cocinar.Heladera enorme con freezer,microondas,etc.La cama es comoda.Buenas almohadas.Muy buena ubicacion.,cerca de los trolleys.Se puede ir gratis tanto a South Beach como al norte.Tiene un servicio de playa: sombrilla y 2 reposeras gigantes en la playa q queda a 1 cuadra.Personal muy amable
