Very poor, unsafe and not clean
Pros:

Honestly not much, the hall ways smelt like cigarettes the roof door was open. I served to a sign saying Reno’s. There was cockroaches in my room. The plug sockets were falling off the walls there was no hot water for a shower.

Cons:

Honestly not much, the hall ways smelt like cigarettes the roof door was open. I served to a sign saying Reno’s. There was cockroaches in my room. The plug sockets were falling off the walls there was no hot water for a shower. I went to the bar and there was cockroaches on the bar the bartender said yes it’s because of the Reno’s. I went in the toilets and it was the same but more so there were flies all over the sinks telling me they clearly had not been cleaned. I could not take photos of the public toilets or bar. The photo of the cockroach was after killing it and there at least two more.

Premier, it's not.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the wifi, aircon and TV all worked. Staff were friendly and obliging. There is a guest kitchen with a microwave and free tea and coffee (but no crockery or cutlery).

Cons:

I booked the hotel because it's in walking distance from both the station and the football stadium, and I didn't have my car there, having come by train. However, its kitchen was being renovated, so there was no food available, and the only food close by was the stuff sold at a nearby petrol station. Ugh. There is only one bathroom, which also contains the only toilet, for the whole seven guest rooms. The room itself is hot in the morning - the sun beats down on the flat roof and there doesn't seem to be much ceiling insulation.

Pros:

Parking was easy to find, staff were very friendly. Very nice beer garden and seperate rooms for pool tables, pool table was free so that was a plus. Shame the bistro was closed for renovations though.

Cons:

Bed made me and my partner itchy, shower head had horrible pressure and you had to run the water for 5 minutes before it got hot. We had a big issue with bugs in the ensuite. The walls are very thin and you can hear the rooms next to you. The shared kitchen was less than average, there was a weird smell coming from the fridge and the microwave was filthy.

Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

I booked this for my FIL, hubby and 9yr old son.
FIL had king room with ensuite. There was no hot water for a shower, no light and sink not draining in the ensuite.
Husband and son had king room with shared bathroom. Balcony door very hard to open, and no hot water in the shared bathroom for showers.
Notice of restaurant closure would have been nice when I called to confirm who the guests would be.
